My appt was at 3:45 and had to be there at 3:30 to check in. I got to fill paperwork out online which saved me time and got in quicker. Definitely recommend. They are all very nice.

Cameron the tech was amazing!! Got my IV on the 1st try (that never happens), professional and very pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was also very professional and pleasant. Great experience!

Had an appointment and was called to reschedule for a Sunday. I agreed since it was before my original time. I showed up on Sunday and the door was locked an no one was there. Met another patient in the parking lot with an appointment for that afternoon as well. Finally a receptionist showed up and told us we would have to reschedule. I was then rescheduled for later than my first appointment, which was irritating. I called the office on 10/11, 10/18, 10/25 and 10/27 to discuss the bill with the manager and have never received a call back. I was told on 10/25 to call back on 10/27 because the manager was out but when I called today I was told the manager was out of the office for the entire week and I needed to call the billing department. The entire process has been frustrating. I would not recommend.
