Dr Abd is amazingly kind ,caring ,understanding ,and above all that she is very knowledgeable . I really recommend her . The clinic is very clean and the staff are very helpful. I’m really happy with the services in the clinic . First there’s a lab inside the clinic and immediately you can do your labs ,second is the availability of physiotherapist which you can just go as a walk in .

I was at this place, for the first time, this morning. Dr. Khizra Naz, was charming, accommodating and helpful. Simran and Surbhi discharged their front desk duties, efficiently and pleasantly. A stress - free experience! .

I've never experienced the level of medical malpractice I did in my appointment with Dr. Abbas. He refused to renew a prescription of a degenerative disc disease chronic pain medication I have been prescribed to take daily by my GP (who is away) for the last 7 years, without explaining why. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. As an immigrant I would strongly recommend that his professional manners are reviewed by someone who understands the Canadian protocols.

It’s supposed to be first come first served if you don’t have an appointment. However, while still seating and waiting for my turn people that came after me were being attended to. I stood up couple times to remind them I’m still here and I was told there are still people before me. I’ll never come back here after today.

This is only my second time visiting World Medical Centre, but I already know I’ll be coming back. From the moment you walk in, the staff are so welcoming, kind, and patient. They make you feel comfortable, and that really makes a difference when you’re going to a medical appointment. Dr. Salsabel Abd is amazing. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen without making you feel rushed. She explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients, which is something I really appreciate. I also love that they offer so many services in one place, including women’s health, a weight management/diet clinic, physiotherapy, blood work, and more. It’s so convenient. Even though this was only my second visit, I’ve had such a positive experience both times. I highly recommend World Medical Centre to anyone looking for a caring doctor and a clinic with wonderful staff. Thank you all for making every visit such a pleasant experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
