Carol Redmond's Online Review Report Card

She is attentive, helpful and sympathetic. I had her recently while navigating through a second loss, and she took the time to speak to me and definitely helped to have her around.

We are so very lucky to have had the kind, warm, expert counsel and guidance of Dr. Redmond. I knew of her from a speech she gave to my university class some years back which presented the realities of fertility while pursuing a professional career. in large measure I am pregnant, with a successful career, because of her example, compassion, insights and results - based knowledge. She has many other qualities that go far above and beyond. She is attuned, an empathic listener, generous with her time, a shining example of excellence in the medical profession. Through her speech I also recall she is a mother of four, which makes her all the more remarkable. I know first hand she is committed only to helping those sincere, open in their commitment to have children. She puts children, family, care and warmth above all. After this experience, she embodies what it means to be a doctor of impeccable goodness and integrity. (The staff are superior - we've been around - and they're second to none. Like Dr. Redmond.)

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Redmond. We wasted a year at another fertility clinic before we found her. Within six months, I was pregnant. Dr. Redmond treated me as a "whole person", by which I mean that she understood the emotional toll of fertility treatment. She understood that after a string of losses, we needed to move forward quickly. She was great at answering questions. You could really see her thinking an issue through on the spot, before making a recommendation. There were times when she was blunt, but that's part of her job, and I'd take her approach over the patronizing tone of my previous doctor any day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing staff at Hannam. They are friendly, empathetic, and great with communication. The wait times for cycle monitoring were very reasonable. It is a very well-run facility.

Dr. Redmond was honest and wonderful. She helped me with both my sons. I would recommend her to anyone. She was correct in what I needed to do both times. Highly recommend.

Dr. Redmond is great. She is smart and caring and she tells you the truth, she doesn't sugar coat the facts. She never tried to make us go through unnecessary procedures (some people here have said that she is money oriented, which is totally a lie). We are grateful to be her patients

I have never felt so comfortable and confident in a Dr. before. Dr. Redmond truly takes the time to explain her findings and her plan to move forward. She made sure that all my questions were answered and if I had a concern it was address quickly! I have never felt rushed in my meetings with her. I understand that this is a delicate matter and knowing that she is involved in my care makes this so much better.

I must say I am shocked at the bad reviews. I am currently in treatment with Dr.Redmond and have had 1 unsuccessful IUI and 1 unsuccessful IVF but I am still hopeful. Even though this has been a heart wrenching, tedious, emotionally and physically draining experience I cannot blame Dr. Redmond and the team. Dr. Redmond is a no BS, to the point doctor. She is not my therapist she is my fertility doctor. I'm not looking for a doctor to sip peach tea with and to tell me everything is going to be ok, I have my support system for that. If you are looking for someone to tell you how it is with FACTS, and stats then I would suggest Redmond. She is super smart, speaks with compassion and experience. I have never had to wait on a response. Appointments always run on time. Monitoring is quick and efficient. They run the clinic tight and therefor may come across as sterile but I would prefer a clinic that doesn't waste my time and provides me with a seamless and effective experience over some small talk. The fact of the matter is that Fertility treatments are VERY expensive and there is no guarantee. I truly believe Dr. Redmond is a highly qualified doctor who wants want to help me.

My partner and I are extremely content with the outcome at this center. Dr Redmond is calm and realistic. We are expecting in March after 3 years of trying. My eggs had problems and my partners sperm had problems (ie. Problem on both sides). I Have recommended this center to my friends. Thank you to the hard working team.... Patience is key - ladies try to stay calm. I always tell all women on this journey - the process is not easy; please have realistic goals. What we wish for doesn't always come true. It is not the doctor or staff's fault. It is our luck. Psychosocial support was critical during this process - seek help emotionally if you're feeling depressed. Thank you Carol for looking after my spouse and me and not giving up on us. We are forever grateful..
