Mt Sainai clinic is a mess. Not happy with staff and service. I had an infection after an ultrasound during first cycle monitoring. Terrible transactional ultrasound. I was expecting a call or response from Dr Moore and/or the clinic but no one paid any attention. So, I switched to another clinic.

Dr. Moore and her team of amazing nurses delierved my son at Credit Valley Hospital. Her bedside manner, calmness and direction made my first experience of giving birth a pleasant one. She even came to check on us the next day. I hope she's on call to birth my second. Thanks Dr. Moore!

From fertility help to an extremely difficult delivery, Dr. Moore made absolute sure that my family was safe and healthy throughout the process. She is friendly, approachable and provides well rounded medical opinion. Highly highly recommend!

MSF Mississauga is a mess. No body answers the phone. Nurses are awful, not knowledgeable, horrible with questions. Never take your questions back to the doctor. Waiting time is awful especially when you're there for cycle monitoring and need to get to work on time. They don't respect their patients time. Dr Moore is absent, no oversight of her clinic, of her staff or of her patients. I wasted a year, don't make the same mistake.

Today I met dr.moore for the first time . She is a sweet and a very knowledgeable doctor. I am very hopeful she ll help me through my journey of ttc.

I agree with the below post Mount Sinai Fertility Mississauga is so disorganized. The nurse is horrible and I agree you never see Dr. Moore.

Dr Moore and the staff at Mount Sinai Fertility Mississauga clinic are unorganized. You'll waste a lot of time trying to reach the receptionist, Dr Moore is always so busy you'll rarely see her. Her nurse Jihoon / Jihan acts like the doctor and you'll be stuck having no where to go but to go through the nurse. Dr Moore is never around for questions, never reviews anything. Save yourself the stress and headache. There's a lot of other fertility clinics
