They missed my appointment. Tried calling every day over a week’s time. No answer. They didn’t bother to make amends or reschedule. At this point it appears this place has been closed for months now. This is why they do not return or pickup phone calls and why their answering machine is full. I drive by there every day and there is never a single car in the parking lot. Don’t get your hopes up. Find another provider.

You can never leave messsge, the mailbox is always full. They never call about appointtments, I have run out of meds, I can't get through to anyone. These people do not care. He talks to you in a room where everyone in the lobby can hear you talking I would never let that perv near my child.

I’ve been trying to reach them for weeks now. My daughters meds have ran out. Can’t leave a voicemail. Mailbox always full! UNREAL!

Like many other recent reviews, they do not return any calls or emails. Their offices appear closed when you drive by. No communication regarding cancelling our son's appointment when it was missed by them.

Bad service. They miss scheduled appointments, They do not ever return calls. You can not leave a message, their machine is always full. My sons meds have run out, and now I'm working to find another place to take him. I drove to their office several times, and it was locked up.

Good luck reaching anyone! First call, the person said they didn’t take Tricare, my Dr office called me a lier at this facility does and they called and the office said they did take Tricare. I called and made an appointment. My appointment this this week, for the last 4 days I’ve called the office 10 times and NO ONE answered the phone, the voicemail box is full so I selected the option for an sms notification to be sent with my number. No response! I’ve gone through the website as if I was a new customer and no reply, and I even messaged on Facebook and I’m on 5hrs and no one has looked at the message. I guess I’ll miss the appointment as I don’t remember the time and I have zero confidence with the personnel if you can’t reach anyone… VERY unprofessional!

This office it’s just a circus they are care about money, charge you for everything it’s you need later for your diagnostic treatment $25, excused jury$25 or pet support $150. They limit and control his employer to report patient treatment. Strong Bad smell like some animal dead on the building. You never can talk to supervisor. Looking for other place for my son. Esta oficina es de lo peor atienden los pacientes no le dan carta de su diagnóstico no la primera vez que visitas que eso ellos lo dan verbalmente y si la pides te cobran $25 por ella, si necesita carta para excusa de jurado. Si necesitas una carta como que el paciente tiene una mascota de tratamiento el costo es $150. El olor de la oficina es a ratón podrido. Su horario es muy inestable. Ejemplo el lunch de 1-2pm llegas a las 3 y la oficina cerrada.Limitan a sus empleados a reportar los tratamientos de los pacientes por escrito. La salud mental es muy importante pero para ellos es solo negocio. Muy triste por demás.

Update: Jan 8, 2022 and still waiting to be paid for the 3 months that I provided mental health services. I am glad I left when I did. I write this because I wished someone would have warn me. I would have save the money I expend for uniforms, liability insurance, material for sensory activities and a background check.I worked as a Mental Health therapist from June 19 to August 14, 2021.It's now, October 7th and I am still waiting to be pay for services rended. I saw the patients, completed the casenotes, and psychosocials.

Pésimo servicio . más ninguno sabe nada no son buenos sicólogos ni consejeros no lo recomiendo a nadie.

I brought my daughter here for counseling services referred by her pcp. She had seen a great therapist there but i guess they changed therapists and she never told my daughter or myself. I found out through the front desk. I didn’t see too much progress and it seemed the sessions were getting shorter and shorter with the new therapist. Not a bad place overall though.

best therapy anywhere, really clean and abiding to the covid guide lines, they also have great service and the therapist are great!!!!!!

Best MH clinic to go to. I've been going for 3 months for social anxiety and I don't really feel like I'm going to a clinic because they actually care. They don't just give you prescription after prescription to mask the problems, instead they work to resolve the core of whatever your issue may be. Plus everyone is so friendly, especially the therapists. My anxiety wouldn't be getting better if it wasn't for them. <3
