Dr Rodriguez is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate Human being. She listens and builds a wonderful rapport with patients.
Dr Rodriguez and her staff are very profession and courteous. They stay on top of things and always keep you well informed to make sure all your questions are answered. This is the best care I have ever experienced.
Being a patient of Dr rodriguez and her staff, are always very welcoming and caring. I feel we receive good health advice that Dr Rodriguez cares very personally for each of us
I had to change doctor's due to my insurance change. I'm so happy I did. I feel more cared for by Dr. Rodriguez, she seems to really care. She is so amazing I'm so glad I have her as my doctor ❤️. The staff is also amazing and friendly.
Dr. Rodriguez is extremely nice, very personable and easy to talk with. As a retired physician, I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez.
This is the second review I have wrote about Dr. Rodriguez- she is amazing. I had a morning appointment and i was struggling about my daughter's diabetes. She took extra time with me, to give me encouragement about my daughter! She listens to concerns and pushes for health! I am so thankful for a doctor that cares! 100% recommended
Dr. Elena Rodriguez is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She has qualities that I could make an endless list of, but let me start with the basics. She is so respectful of her patients. I am always treated with love and care and great value. As a now elderly woman it is often times I find myself being treated with this unseen attitude of non consequence. That never happens with Dr. Rodrigues, never! I am never dehumanized or treated as any less of great value and importance as a human being. I have the lowest type of insurance as a medicaid and medicare patient. Yet she accepts me as an equal human being, and not a dollar sign. Her staff has nothing but love and encouragement and compassion for each of her patients. Excellent Doctor and excellent staff.
All the staff here are fantastic, but that wouldn't matter if the doctor was not also super fantastic. I cannot recall ever having a care provider in my life who ACTUALLY CARED the way the Dr. Rodriguez does. She looks at my health holistically, meaning, not just resolving illness, but proactively preventing it. She explains her advice to me in terms I always understand and respects my decisions as well, recognizing the patient's prerogative regarding their own well-being. This medical practice is a gem in this community and if I am fortunate enough, they will be my primary healthcare resource for the rest of my days.
I love Dr. Rodriguez, she has always been there for me. I needed a same day appointment and was able to get one no problem. Her staff is also Wonderful. Highly recommend this office if your needing a PCP.
She always treats me with dignity and respect. Her staff are loving and kind.
Incompetence too much to write. Non responsive. Mismanagement. Sent me an appointment change then didn’t have me on the schedule after setting this appointment in November. Called 1st week of January for a call back and never got it. Twice. I was hoping things would be better after the switch to Millennium. The worst part is they never apologized, accepted responsibility but were rather more upset at my frustration and told me I should seek another doctor if I was this unhappy. Competence yields respect. Now my healthcare is gapped because now I have to find another physician and my appointment is already past due. Way to be patient first!
I had a positive Covid home test after attending a family weekend wedding in Pennsylvania. It was a super spreader and really caught me off guard. 2.5 years Covid free and my first time faced with this at age 73. Dr. Elena Rodriguez had a TeleMed visit with me and covered all my symptoms and even future problems I might run into. She even sent a script to the hospital for a chest X-ray in case my lungs became affected. I started Paxlovid immediately and my symptoms lessened fast. I was glad she gave an RX for nausea so I was able to tolerate the meds. As a precaution Asprin 325 mg to prevent blood clots. That was very much appreciated and excellent thinking. I feel so fortunate I am able to call her and trust her after moving here from PA and having a doctor for over 35 years. She is very much a listening doctor. Her time is valuable and I am thankful she can spend time caring for my needs. I thank her and trust her. Trust is important today.
Dr. Rodriguez is a terrific doctor—smart, caring, energetic, and efficient. She makes time to listen and acts quickly on referrals, follow ups and prescriptions. She’s a breath of fresh air in the health care world. The rest of her office staff and medical assistants are so nice, friendly, and professional. Other health care staff could learn a lot from this wonderful group of caring professionals. Keep up the great work!
I love Dr. Elena Rodriguez!!!! She so sweet, caring and smart!! She even saved my friends life after she just moved here! I’m beyond grateful to have her as my doctor! I have full faith in her and plan to be her patient forever! Thank you for all you do for us!!!
The staff and doctor are so kind! I went in so nervous and every lone soothed my worries. Dr Rodriguez is a doll! I am thankful to have found such a kind doctor!
Literally if I could give negative stars to a practice so shady and disrespectful I would. I was referred to the practice by my ob/gyn ( another Shorepoint office) I scheduled new patient exams for my family of four online through the Shorepoint portal. I received a call stating their new patient protocol is to fill out the new patient paperwork and physically bring in the paperwork to the office before a new patient appointment can be scheduled. I was then informed Dr Rodriguez’s office that she does not see children under 12. So I filled out the paperwork for the three of us, drove to the office, dropped off the paperwork and was told we would receive a call to schedule our appointments. Received a call a few weeks later and scheduled all three appointments. Less than one week from our scheduled appointments we received a phone call saying WE canceled our appointments too many times and our appointments were canceled by the office. We never canceled any appointments with the office ever. Called back to ask why, this must be some sort of mistake and was told “our case “ was sent over to the office manager. Received a call back the following day from the “office manger” who said my husband and I would not be a “ good fit for the doctor “ . I asked about my son, if his appointment had been canceled and was told by this VERY rude “ office manager “ that the doctor does not see children. I stated that he has a scheduled appointment. She once again said OUR family would not make a “good fit for the doctor” Seriously? My husband and I our in forties with no underlying medical conditions. Our children are both healthy and in the talented and gifted programs in the school system we are a kind and compassionate family, who did not deserve the treatment or lack there of from this practice. I urge anyone who is looking for primary care for their family to look somewhere else. I will copy and paste this review to every review site I can, inform my insurance company and personally thank my OB/Gyn ( who I personally adore) for the less the stellar referral.
