The quality of care has drastically gone down since Dr. Fox has left. Not sure if it's a DPG policy or a Pinnacle policy but I received no notification that he had left the practice. The only way I was notified is because I tried to refill a prescription he had written me and the pharmacy reached out to the office who then called me to let me know he was no longer there. Red flag #1. Dr. Carter thankfully wrote me a script for a refill but they told me I needed to come in and see Dr. Carter to get a new script. So they essentially wanted me to come in for the same appointment twice in one year because they couldn't notify me that my provider left. Then when I call back about a month later, Dr. Carter has left the practice too. Red flag #2. I made an appointment with one of their new providers and the visit was honestly terrible. I have been an established patient at this office for 4 years and it was clear this doctor didn't even look at my chart. He basically wanted to switch up my entire skin care regimen because of some acne on my chin. That appointment was really the final straw in a series of very unprofessional and disappointing events. I only became a patient of this office because of Dr. Fox' reputation and now that he's gone I won't be returning.
I was checked in roughly on time. Was asked to change into a robe and then they diss appeared. After about 40 mins I walked out. No one. Same and checked in with me. This place has gone downhill under new ownership
Dr. Fox and his assistant Leo took the time to answer all of my many questions. Wonderfully smart, thorough and great demeanor. I felt totally comfortable for my health checkup!

Dr.Fox has been my daughter’s dermatologist for two years and has been the only physician to help my daughter control her Malaska . I am forever grateful and she feels very comfortable with Dr. Fox and staff .
I was referred by an urgent care physician for a couple painful cysts in a sensitive area (bikini line). I called Tuesday and was able to get an appt for Friday with Dr. Carter - much sooner than other derm offices. Everyone from front desk staff to medical assistants was so warm, friendly, and helpful. I was very nervous and a little embarrassed given the nature of my concerns but Dr. Carter put me right at ease. He answered all my questions with grace. I never felt rushed. I could have cried happy tears! I will absolutely be back in the future for any concerns, and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Dr Fox is fabulous! Best dermatologist I’ve seen and he is so personable. All of the staff here are so kind and I can’t recommend it enough.
Dr. Fox is the best! He’s very thorough in his treatment approach. I found him after a nasty rosacea outbreak and he has helped my skin tremendously. All of the staff is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend going here for your dermatology needs!
The whole staff is great, the office is comfortable, and I was seen right away. DR Fox is super amazing..he was informative and so easy to talk to. I love his energy. Highly recommend.

i have seen dr. fox a handful of times in the past 8 years or so and every experience is WONDERFUL. he is a helper! their office staff is consistently kind and understanding. dr. fox is outstanding - knowledgeable and dependable, empathetic and reassuring. I have recommended this office to friends and family and feel relief knowing my dermatologist is exactly what I need and expect! look no further you’ve found a five-star doctor and team!
Staff and doctors take the time to listen to you, and work with you to find solutions within your budget and comfort. Definitely recommend.

I went in for skin tag removal. I have to say at first the office is very nice, and clean. The receptionist were nice enough. I saw Dr. Fox. Dr. Fox and his assistant is very nice, and was able to address my skin concerns that day with minimal pain and 1 week recovery. He did tell me insurance does not cover cosmetic surgeries and it would be out of pocket. I said fine and paid for it after my visit. My annoyance and reason for the 2 stars is for the horrible customer service post visit and non-transparent billing.1 month later I get an auto-generated email saying I still owe $. I thought that was odd. I wrote them back and mentioned I had paid and that was the amount the doctor had said the service would be, so I was confused. The Business Manager: Ariana, called me back to say it was not covered under insurance, since its cosmetic and insurance wont cover the visit. She also said the additional charge was for the 10 minute doctor consult in answering my other skin questions. I was confused bc the doctor didn't say there would be other fees. She repeated her same reason three times, not listening to anything I was saying. At that time I was getting frustrated and said, "I understand what you are repeating but I paid the amount doctor told me it would cost, he didn't tell me there would be additional charges so it doesn't make sense. It sound like your office is double billing which is illegal." (Mind you I work in insurance) She continues to repeat herself even when I asked to speak to the manager and the doctor for further clarification. She said, dryily, "I am trying to explain to you and I am the manager". Annoyed I said I would look into it myself, and pay it after asking my insurance company. Come to find out it was deductible. Why didn't she just say that?! Hello!?! That is 30 minutes of my life I will never get back. Looooong review later. I would skip this place if you want to know how much you need to pay upfront.
