The clinic was very clean , the workers were all very nice as well as the Dr. I will return here for any further needs

I went in last night (after webMD’ing myself- 10/10 would not recommend doing that lol) and had a full on breakdown because I thought I was going to die of a brain aneurysm. I had a severe head pain for over a week and had a terrible blinding pain over the weekend that I could not figure out. No headache meds were working and I just felt so off. When I say, these women were the kindest people I have EVER met in my life. And SO prompt. I was a crying mess when I walked and they were wonderful. Turns out I just had a really bad double ear infection. A couple shots and some meds later, I woke up feeling 10x better today than I have in 2 weeks. Thank you to everyone at Lakes Urgent Care. Y’all are really the best ❤️

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were all clean. I was in and out within the hour including new patient paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you have to go to an urgent care, I highly recommend this practice. All the stuff, including the doctor, very professional, and kind.

Very happy with my visit. I was seen for a uti and they got me right in and seen. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff was very kind and the office was clean. I will definitely be back.

My family has used this urgent care for everything from migraines to broken bones. The staff are phenomenal; physicians, medical assistants and Clerical are all very friendly, patient and professional as well as quick and efficient

Busy at 3:00 on a Sunday with a full waiting room and a little girl who fell off of her horse; arm looked broken! Two athletic physicals for us and out the door in a reasonable amount of time, out the door at 4:00. For sure would go back!

Thinking they closed at 8, i showed up for a strep test at 5:50 and was surprised to see no other patients waiting. While in the waiting room, i checked the website and realized they closed at 6! They were all extremely accommodating and friendly, and never once seemed irritated that i showed up at closing time on a Sunday! Very prompt and courteous care!

I came in with a broken toe and everyone was so kind and promptly took care of me. The doctor was very knowledgeable and straightened out my toe quickly. I am very happy with the care I received.

Rachel, the PA was incredible! She stitched up my 2 1/2 year olds finger laceration. We avoided a lengthy ER visit and were in and out within an hour. She was patient, kind, and had wonderful bedside manner with him. Can’t say enough about how appreciative we are of the excellent care we received for my son!

Went in for back pain, was taken care of quicker than expected and the pain is finally going away.
