Very disappointed, when they can't handle just discharge from service They said my son was making appointments and didn't show up, when I told them that I'm the only person who can take him to their office, (ask them please let me know anything) , when they should let me know as soon as he started making those appointments, also they discharged him from medications, I call to find out why, they keep on hold almost an hour later saying that someone's going to called me and never did, leaving my son without any refills, saying they'll discuss about your son and someone will call you, till now I haven't receive any call, now my son is worst than when start there Having a lot of anxiety , depression and frustration
I had the WORST experience with this company. If you’re serious about getting therapy and want professionalism find another company. My therapist made it very clear that she was just there for a check and I should’ve stopped my sessions from the first 3 red flags. So let me share my experience so maybe this will prevent someone else from wasting their time. Red flag #1: My therapist would cut me off while I’m speaking and didn’t seem to care at all. Red flag #2: Late to multiple sessions. Red flag #3: Missed an entire session. So after the final red flag, and after giving this therapist multiple chances I decided to stop future appointments and find another therapist. Somehow I was marked as a no show for multiple sessions (which was not true) and discharged bc I wanted another therapist. The professionalism is below 0. Don’t waste your time.
Billing nightmare. They require a credit card up front and then do not bill your insurance company, charging full price. Find someone else if possible.
There were several issues but the main one is how steep the missed appointment fee $125 was. I understand it but this is twice the amount I have seen. I don't have an issue making appointment but I am getting treated for anxiety+ ADHD and this is too much to worry about. The irony of a mental health provider doing this is not lost on me.
I’m a veteran seeking care for therapy and had a referral through community care. Before I could even get my appointment set up, which I won’t be doing anymore, I was hung up on by two separate employees. It’s sad we live in a country where the brave who fight for the peoples freedom to hang up on those who are fighting for their freedom. Despicable and shouldnt be tolerated. After the first time being hung up on I called back to speak to the ladies manager and was told I couldn’t and then was hung up on again. Avoid this place if you enjoy being respected as a veteran

They have been great, super helpful. I didn't think I needed to talk but after my first visit I was shocked at how much I really need this. I am thankful and can't thank them enough for all the help!!!
Talking to someone about myself and my emotions is always hard. But Dr. Atkinson was gentle and stern with me. She allowed me to get my feelings out. Then she told me how my parts played in the situations at hand.
Very great experience so far. I’ve had one slight run in but they were empathetic and proceeded to fix the issue immediately.

Regrettably, Lifestance does not live up to its promising concept due to a stark lack of execution. It appears that the company's primary focus is on monetary gain rather than genuine patient care and support. The process of scheduling an appointment was initially straightforward on their platform. However, after a long, anxious wait of several weeks, I was informed on the day of the appointment that they don't accept insurance for couples counseling. It's quite disconcerting to discover that this is a recurrent issue affecting many, which clearly indicates Lifestance is cognizant of the problem yet chooses to leave it unresolved. To proceed, I was quoted a steep price of $350 per visit, which felt extremely insensitive. The whole experience has amplified my distress, rather than alleviating it as expected from a healthcare provider. Lifestance seems to be devoid of empathy and only exacerbated my situation. They uphold a 'No Surprises Act' policy, but in reality, it appears to be merely decorative text. This policy supposedly guarantees the right to receive a 'Good Faith Estimate' for the total expected cost of any healthcare services. This provision also covers ancillary costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Regrettably, this never transpired, and their only response was a superficial apology. In light of these disappointments, I implore others to reconsider before engaging with this company, which has proven to be utterly deficient in its service provision and patient care.

Always had great care here and have no plans of seeking care elsewhere. I’ve progressed immensely since seeing my psychiatrist here at LifeStance. Hope to be with them through my mental ‘recovery’ and after to maintain.
I love each member of the team that works with me. From the reception area to my therapist and psychiatrist. The overall professionalism that they provide is top notch. I would recommend anyone who was seeking a professional home environment, I would truly give them my recommendation.

I havent had any issues until we switched to virtual appts in the past few months. Both time we had issues w the volume connection. Having to leave the appt and come back in to not having the appt.
