Dr Robinson is great. He’s been my doctor for four years. He listens and is attentive to any concerns. He will refer out to specialists and talks to me like a friend not like I’m super inferior, like some doctors do.

Have a Had Dr. Robinson as my doctor for many years. Always received great care and the staff have been very helpful, especially Rhonda! Thank you for the years of incredible care!

Tried to call in to check on a patient ...but they are incompetent and do not understand hippaa unfortunately. 🤦🏽♀️ Luckily I don’t have to go there for services.

The doctor is great but his staff are complete are rude and incompetent. I tried to refill my blood pressure pills last time and there was a rude note that the doctor had to see me to get further refills. So I called to make an appointment and the doctors office staff were rude like I was bothering them, but I managed to get an appointment. Then when I asked them to give bi-mart the okay to renew my prescriptions they acted like they had no idea what pills I take and that shouldn't call them to renew. So I called bi-mart and they said they would contact the doctors office. Two days go by and I still don't have any BP pills. Bi-mart tells me that the doctors office still has the same hold on the prescriptions. So I call the doctors office again, more rudeness... I guess I am bothering them. So finally they actually call over to bi-mart, problem being the BP bills are two different prescriptions but they only called one of them in. ARGH!!! So finally that gets fixed, but my appointment is not tell late November and one prescription has no renewals and the other has six! Total incompetence. I have to take one of each pill everyday or I can have a stroke or heart attack.

Dr. Robinson added "medical conditions" to my chart without actually discussing them with me. He referred me out for every single question I had. I had to wait months to see separate specialists only to find out I didn't have the conditions he added to my chart. So frustrating and expensive! Recently he spends most of his time with you complaining about his kids and ex wife. Definitely not someone you want handling your care.

Horrible horrible staff. Totally unorganized. Lost information. Called insurance to find out why thing havent gone through. Waiting months from their multiple mistakes while my one year old is in pain. The secretary lied about putting in paper work weeks ago then turned it in that day. Lawsuit here we come
