Since 2019 I receive monthly treatment at Eyecare Center for wet macular degeneration. I gave 5 stars to Cara & Allie, DR. Lopez, associates because they answer question, are concern and treat the patience in a professionally, with dignity and respectfully manner. The clinic itself has deteriorate since NVision took over.

Dr. Norris did my exam and did a wonderful job, her and two technicians Allie and Cara helped take care of me when I got light headed because of the eyedrops I had never had before

Very unprofessional! Called for an appointment at the Willetta office but was scheduled at the Custom Eyes office. I have nothing good to say about Dr. Lee or others in the office. My concerns include an eye doctor who doesn’t bother to look at my current RX, or talk to me about what her findings were and whether or not I need to update my glasses (but then having not bothered to check out what my current RX is how would she know). In addition to taking retinal photos and not bothering to even look at them or talk to me about them while I was there. Other things I saw, new glasses dispensed from the front counter, office staff went to the back picked up the new glasses, handed them and a new case to the person and that was it! No trying to read, no adjusting no nothing! My list goes on but I’ll just say, I would never recommend this office!

Dr. Lee was great. She listened and helped zero in on my problem. Would recommend her. The glass department placed the wrong order for my glasses, which delayed them over 2 weeks, but they did fix the problem.

Went to Eyecare Associates in Lincoln City and appreciated the Doctor and Eyeglass associate, but the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful, but there's more, was told the costs would be in two payments and paid these in good faith. Now I get another bill today for the exam. Misleading, rude and much more money that what my husband paid at Costco

The staff at Eye Care Associates made me feel very welcome and special. They were very considerate of my concerns that may effect me with good or bad surgery outcome. I'm now sure that I have hired the best crew to help correct my left eye vision focus.

Dr Lopez and staff are the best! They are well organized and friendly. I feel like they genuinely listen despite the fact that they Re very busy!
