Dr. Sanders was both professional and down to earth. Obviously very bright, interested in her work and her patients. Felt like she cared about me, I was not just another person...gracious, good listener and very compassionate. I feel very fortunate that she is my Oncologist. Whatever lies ahead I feel confidence in her and the rest of the staff at the Heinmann Cancer Center/Medford,Oregon.

I have been seeing Dr. Sander for 8 years. She is caring, knowledgeable, never in a hurry. When my husband was diagnosed with bladder cancer recently she called us at home to check on him and offer whatever help/support we might need. She is amazing…as is all of her staff.

She was nice but the information she gave us on two separate occasions was not completely correct and very concerning to us . I would read your test results yourself as well and do your research to full understand what was going on with you

My husband has advanced lung cancer. We both feel Dr. Sanders did not prepare us for what was to come. He is now in Hospice care. She was way too rosey and not straight with us about how serious his condition was. Now, with Hospice help and professional counseling we are working through our experience with her.

She is above any Dr. I've had in 73 years, always positive , caring, gives options. Would never want any in my family to go to anyone else ever.

I couldn't be happier with my doctor. I appreciate her directness, honesty and compassion, and she always encourages me to be positive, even though my cancer is most likely incurable. She is always prepared for my visits, and already has ideas for Plan B in case Plan A fails. She calls me at home as soon as CT scan results are available, even if we have an appointment scheduled for the next day. I don't know how these oncologists do it; it must be very wearing on the emotions to do this job.
