Jenna Diggs's Online Review Report Card

We had Jenna as our family doctor and she was referred by one of our best friends. She wasn’t available when we needed her and oftentimes I perceived an obnoxious entitlement that interfered in a good general relationship, which I consider it’s crucial when it comes to deal with health industry professionals.

Very poor follow-up.

I too had to advocate for myself and end up having to actually argue with Jenna Diggs to get a simple blood test for kidney function when I was on a medication that required routine bloodwork to look for kidney damage!!! Which I ended up having! No apology from her after all the STRESS she caused me. No one should have to argue with a doctor to get simple bloodwork! So glad I recorded our phone calls! Yes, it is legal. Oregon only requires one party consent. Do better Jenna Diggs

Did my c-section and did an amazing job. Kind person, fun to talk to. Felt like she was a thorough and intelligent doctor.

I've seen Dr. Diggs twice. Each time she took the time to listen to my health concerns and recommend paths forward. She always gives me treatment options and informs me of the latest scientific data to support her suggestions. She is keen on exercise and good diet as a staple of health. I agree, although like many, I have to push myself to exercise. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Diggs is a wonderful provider.

I called in on a Monday with urgent symptoms. A tech did not get back to me until later that week. When I finally was able to get into Dr. diggs she did not listen to any of my complaints or about any of the symptoms I am feeling instead blaming everything on a lack of sleep without further evidence or really any objective reasoning. She refused to order any labs and basically implied through her words that she isn't competent enough to diagnose a single condition and correctly resolve those symptoms but would rather lump everything into a broader category without actually solving anything seemingly in order to avoid being accused of being wrong on a diagnosis. She has no bedside manners and if you want a doctor who is compassionate and willing to admit they don't have all the answers, but are willing to put in the work and order the testing to solve a case and bring a patient into better health, don't see her.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Diggs (and her fabulous assistant Megan). We found Dr. Diggs last year when I needed an OB for my first pregnancy. Her approach is modern, refreshing, down to earth and always accompanied by her great sense of humor. We never feel rushed or that she doesn’t have time for my many questions during appointments. She was wonderful during my pregnancy and made me feel so at ease and relaxed about everything. The delivery of my son was pretty straightforward but quickly became an emergency for me as soon as he was born. The professionalism, confidence, assertiveness and skill Dr. Diggs demonstrated while managing my quickly declining situation was nothing short of incredible. I never felt fear or that the situation was out of her control. She did an outstanding job while remaining so calm and reassuring. Dr. Diggs is now our pediatrician and continues to do a fantastic job with our son. She, and Megan, communicate clearly and are quick to follow up with test results, to inquiries and to questions. I am grateful to have found Dr. Diggs and would give her 10 stars if I could.

Delivered my first child happy and healthy. Respects our families medical decisions. I like that she can see everyone in my family.
