Martha M. Cavazos's Online Review Report Card

My wife has been going to Dr Cavazos for over 12 years now and has always received excellent care from Dr Cavazos and staff. Dr Cavazos is an A#1 doctor. She’s one of the best doctors my wife has ever had. Unfortunately the last four months have been very frustrating for us to get the proper prescriptions expedited. We have never had such a bad experience just trying to get her prescription filled. I’m hoping this is just an isolated instance but it shouldn’t be our job to babysit a professional person to perform their job. Everyone has a bad day and we get that but a 4 month period of time of a job not well done?!?! We are still planning on having her as a doctor but if you need prescriptions or things related to nursing at this office, please do your follow up to make sure things are expedited for you.

Dr. Cavazos is a very good clinician. She explains things well and she has a pleasant but intense manner. However, she and her patients are ill served by her medical assistants. There have been 3 different assistants in the year I have been seeing her. A revolving door. The assistants have been unpleasant, irresponsible and failed to do things or follow through. I suspect two of them of lying to me. The staff will not allow patients to talk with the doctor, even though the doctor expressly directs patients to call her if they experience certain conditions. I think a large part of the problem may be the person who supposedly supervises the medical assistants (not the doctor!!).

Dr Cavazos is empathetic, caring and knowledgeable. She always listens and tries to help even if something isn't within her specialty. She explains things very well. She will fight for you and your health while listening and being aware that you know your body best. Her staff are also very good whether it's the receptionists scheduling appointments and taking messages or her assistant relaying your messages and making sure that you're both communicating well. She's an excellent doctor with a great team you would be lucky to have working with you.

Very thorough and goes the extra mile to address patient needs. She is cordial and very good at clear explanations and instructions, respecting patient needs and acting in partnership to solve individual problems.

Dr. Cavazos is a breath of fresh air! I had been to an endocrinologist in Medford a few years ago and my experience was very disappointing. On the day of my appointment with Dr. Cavazos I was not very excited about my visit after my past experience. After my appointment I came out with a song in my heart!!!

I found Dr Martha Cavazos to be an excellent physician! I would highly recommend her.

Knows her stuff and is very thorough

Martha is amazing! She is obviously very knowledgeable in her fields and is very personable. She is thorough, compassionate, and actually takes the time to listen to her patients. I am a diabetic and she is taking the best care of me that I have ever received. I would recommend her to everyone!
