I just tried to make a new patient appointment with Dr Angela Nairn and the receptionist asked my age and insurance. I was told they are not accepting patients my age, I was speechless when the receptionist said that. First thought was discrimination!!

While Dr Narin might be nice and competent, her office staff - especially the office manager - make every other interaction with this practice horrific. I filed a HIPA violation because of the confrontation I received in the waiting room, the office manager demanded to know what some terms were on my intake form. Not wanting to discuss this in front of others, or with her, I told her to Google them. She got irate, cancelled my appointment and kicked me out of the office. Unprofessional Bi-atch

You should probably add to your web site that you do not except patients over 55 “ because, you are a family clinic” .... might help a person avoid sitting on hold for 10-15 minutes. Just a suggestion.
