Excellent dentist , and I'm A fuss budget Broke a crown, he took me right away fixed it and calmed my dental anxiety.
Although I have some difficulty getting around I was treated with the utmost respect and gentleness. Everyone was very responsive to my needs. Hygiene has always been a priority, with the virus in mind many steps have been taken for everyone's protection. Some my feel this is silly, I appreciate their efforts very much. I highly recommend Dr. Klemp and his staff.
Dr Klemp has taken many positive actions to make his office and staff as safe as possible. I felt very comfortable during my visit. Service was outstanding, thorough, and painless.
This fraudulent clown tells every client that they need expensive sleep apnea equipment. He lied to me & said I needed work on 12 teeth, from fillings to crowns to root canals. Then , I went to another, legitimate dentist, who said my teeth were in great shape & absolutely NO work was needed! WTF Klemp? You should lose your license for fraud. Guess we know how you could afford your new boat! Stay far away from this greedy excuse of a dentist!
I am a retired MD and Dr. Klemp has taken care of me for a few years now. He does not take all insurances, but for me, I don't mind paying from funds I've saved up, as I never have any complications. His staff are terrific and never ever let me down. Their response to the CV19 guidelines are stellar. I have Lupus, so these things really matter to me. I never have to worry under his excellent care.I just read some really harmful reviews and am now very upset at these complaints. I agree he charges more than most dentists, but if you have autoimmune disease like me, it's worth it. He is the best dentist I've ever had and as an MD who used to provide anesthesia for dental patients' surgeries, I've seen it all. During a very long hiatus with the viral pandemic, he was unable to draw any income and all his employees made no money at all during that time. They still remained easy to contact if I had questions, even though they lost a colossal amount of money during that interval. These complaints were petty in my opinion, as any time things don't go perfectly, he fixes the problem right away and he does not charge for adjustments. I find him very personable and his entire staff are kind and professional.Sure there are many dentists out there who may charge less, but I prefer to stay alive, rather than risk going to dentists who truly are inadequately trained and do not continue to learn new techniques and require many visits to finish their work and even then, I may have permanent complications. In my case, that means death, as I have autoimmune disease. You get what you pay for. Dr. Klemp has had to do a lot of work to repair the damage caused by other dentists in the past and he has always done a fabulous job and rectified problems promptly. He even offers his cell phone number if anything is urgent, even on weekends.I believe these negative reviews are utterly unfair; these don't sound anything like my experiences. Granted, I'm self-pay, but hardly any providers would accept a patient like me anyway, since I'm high risk.
Dr. Klemp is an amazing dentist and person! He hires the BEST staff of professional, courteous and caring individuals!!
Dr. Klemp has provided my dental services for several years now, always to great care and solicitous satisfaction. At 70 yrs., my needs have run the gamut, and I place great trust in his (and staff) supervision and preventative care. They earn it consistently.
i recently went there to get my wisdom tooth extracted, im 38 years old and i read so much online about nerve damage after 35 years old, Dr. Klemp was amazing, he sat down and explained to me show me the X rays and told me i did not have to worry about anything that he will be able to do it with no problem, he was amazing it was a super fast procedure and he gave me the best advise for care, i can not recommend anyone else he is being so far the best thank you DR. Quoted 10,000.00 for bridges charged an extra $2000+ for extraction and wanted another $2000+ for installation of bridges that I refused to pay as the quote was $10,000.00 so he hastily set them and sent me on my way to him its a joke to me its alot of $$ also Klemp does not do warranty work as I asked him when I noticed the upper bridge getting loose when the top bridge fell out I went to a different dentist to get them reset I found that 2 of the teeth that held the bridge rotted off @ the gum line and therefore the bridge had to be cut (shortened) to be reset so it turned out to be a bunch of waisted money in the first place; to close the gap left I now have to get the roots of the 2 rotted teeth removed for $500 plus an implant @ the cost of $4000 plus the $500 I paid to reset the shortened bridge . I assume that the bridge wasn't pushed up or high enough to cover the 2 teeth @ the gum line and therefore began to decay immediately Get everything in writing beforehand he did not discus the bill but his secretary flopped it on my lap while in the chair and unable to speak due to numbing

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
