List of Grecori Anderson's Reviews
Since moving to the area Dr. Anderson has made a fantastic difference to my quality of life. Of all Docs I've seen (and many...I have issues!) he's #1. Thank You!
Dr. Anderson is an excellent urologist. When I went to him he was able to help me when my primary doctor was unable to help me. Dr. Anderson prescribed a medication that my primary was not aware of.
Dr. Anderson is my Dad's urologists. I help with my Dad's care and Dr. Anderson has done much to support. He's professional, caring, knowledgeable and keeps it light hearted. Very thankful to have him on board with my Dad's care.
Did a vasectomy on my husband and told us "everything went great". Found out from the practice that he only did one side and failed to tell us that. I can understand that sometimes you can't find both vas or there are issues, but to tell the patient that everything was great when obviously there were issues is a problem. We went back and had the vasectomy redone.
This Dr is awful! He gave me a completely unnecessary surgery. I was in awful pain from a kidney stone. He knew the kidney stone was near my bladder and would pass soon, but still scheduled me for surgery. He should've sent me home with something to catch the stone, but he didn't. On the day of surgery, I had no pain, but he had me convinced that the pain would return. The first question I asked when I woke up was if there was a kidney stone and the nurse's exact word was, "Nope!" The. I knew that I had passed the stone before surgery. Very bad practitioner. Why wouldn't he do an x-ray prior to surgery. I tried to ask him about it and he tried to tell me I was experiencing after effects of anesthesia. I literally hate this dr. I had to wear an uncomfortable shunt because of him! I was trusting him because I was in horrible pain and knew nothing about kidney stones. But he knew better and should've done better. Please stay far away from this guy! I still owe this bill!
Very professional, very outgoing, very down to earth, makes you feel very comfortable, and very knowledgeable. Can't say enough about how awesome this guy is.
Dr. A has been treating me for Interstitial Cystitis. He is up on the latest treatments, He is very intelligent about this disease. He listens to me as if he was my best friend. Like really listens....not fake listening, but for REAL.. He really seems to care. So genuine! He always asks me if I have questions and is never in a hurry to see someone else. Every time I'm at the Decatur office his staff are amazing. They make me feel like I'm the only patient they have! I am lucky to be his patient.
Dr Anderson has an excellent knowledge of the latest treatment options and also knows how to apply them. For example he recommended the use of Rezum and Urolift together for enlarged prostate in my case, I don't believe all Urologists would understand how to apply these together. He also understands other interconnected (are rare in my case) diseases and how they may affect the urinary system, in my experience this is a rare find in most doctors. He also has great personality.
In the 25 plus years I have had IC, Dr. Anderson is the only doctor who has explained IC and treated my symptoms with success. I would definitely recommend him.
I was very pleased with the level care I received

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
