It has been almost 42 years since Dr. Duncan delivered our first child, back when he did home deliveries in Oregon. He was and most likely is, a stellar Family Practice physician. Wishing you the best, Doc. Frank and Sue Lamp. ??

I have moved around and have had the pleasure of general practitioners in several states, but Dr Duncan and his staff provide a comforting clinic environment. In many other clinics, patients are moved through like cars through a car wash, but Dr. Duncan shows the curiosity and medical insight that takes time and experience. I feel the comfort of his watchful eye.

wish more people in the medical profession were like everyone at the lower Columbia clinic. They are freindly, kind and compassionate and never treat me like i am a pain, (even though i can be a pain at times) I can not express my gratitude for the kindness and compassion both have given my family throughout the years. Dr. Duncan and Sue Skinner,s service is the standard by which all in the medical professionals should try to live up to, and I am forever grateful. Dr. .Duncan and partner Sue skinner have been my families primary health care professionals since 1990. They both are accredit to the health care industry as living proof one does not have to settle for assembly line care. They are healers as opposed to body mechanics , and have always referred me to a specialist if they do not have the expertice. In a situation. .
