I had a great experience at the My Hearing Center in Baker City. The staff (William and Leslie Riley) was very welcoming, friendly and patient. I give the Rileys the highest possible recommendation. Case in point: I had a problem with my aids so I went in for a quick fix, unfortunately they had to sent in for repair. The Riley fixed me with some loaners to use until mine were returned just in time for Thanksgiving! I can't say enough about the this wonderful couple and the terrific service provided at this business. They go over and above to serve their customers!
