We Sent our son there and it was an awful experience. They do not keep your children safe. He was allowed to engage in under and over the clothes touching during outings. They allowed a girl to sneak into his room multiple times and for him to sneak into her room. He self harmed and we were not informed for days after. He told them he planned on committing suicide and they allowed him to look up maps on the computer as part of his plan. When he ran away they just let him go. When he got picked up they never called to let us know. The hospital he was taken to contacted us. We were 6 hours away and had to sit for 2 hours wondering if he was OK. When we got his belongings there were notes from the girl giving him her information. They say they dont allow relationships but they do. We had agreed to pay the remainder of our deductible to them. When we got our eob from insurance our deductible had been met at another hospital and we should not have been charged. We had already paid 3200 and stopped paying because of the eob and the fact that they didn't keep him safe. They sent us to collections. By accepting the insurance they had no right to charge us to begin with since our eob said we had met the deductible. They received $40,000 a month from my insurance. Would never recommend them
This facility says it helps your child. All they do is take your money and not supervise your kid. My son was allowed to sneak into a girls room, she also snuck into his. They were also allowed to engage in over and under the clothes touching while on outings. He was on one on one supervision and was allowed to run away. No one followed him. He self harmed at least twice and we were not informed until days after. When he told them he had a suicide plan, they let him look up maps to complete the plan. He told us he felt like they didn't care. When he ran, they never called to let us know he was ok. The hospital he was taken to called us. We live 6 hours away and had to wait 2 hours to find out if he was alive. We had agreed to pay our remaining deductible to them. When I got my insurance EOB they said it had been met and we didn't owe disovery anything. We had already paid $3200 so we stopped payment for the remaining amount they said we would owe. They were paid $40,000 per month and did not hold up their end of the contract. Now they have sent me to collections. We told them that they were not owed any more because of our EOB and the fact that they did not keep our child safe or help him in any way. DO NOT trust your child with them they just want money.
I was just discharged from this place a week or two ago and I can’t say enough good things about it. The connections I made with my therapist and the staff were amazing and so uplifting, I left the place feeling whole again. I genuinely miss it there which I’ve never experienced with any other inpatient program. I would 100% recommend this place. The only con with it is the inconsistency, they switch things up and oftentimes plans and things are changes right at the last minute. Other than that though this program was the best I’ve been in so far.
i would put zero stars if possible. this program was not as advertised. communication was poor and plans were often changed with little to no notice beforehand. i genuinely think that the management was the problem, not the mental health techs or other staff members. we (patients) were not allowed to use coping skills and most of our belongings were locked up. our needs were not met and we were treated as tasks instead of people. at times staff would hold our mail and communication with family was very limited. there were several times when i was not allowed to communicate with other patients and staff did not inform me of this. conflict was not handled well and there were times when staff and management could not handle situations. i respect the staff and i think they did the best they could, considering the management they were under.
Do not send your child here or anyone They do not let you take breaks or use other coping skills it’s all micro managed and they don’t allow you to have any comfort items at all Most of staff are still in school I was having a hard time and they wouldn’t let me in my room or call my family at all I got so angry I thrashed the place and ran off the facility because their security is so low and I was running for about 2 hours until they decided to call the police or my mom They are not trained properly staff are always on their phones talking to each other to communicate Security is only alarms and doors are unlocked that lead outside I left with more trauma than I came in with They only let you do things that are in the schedule at that time I couldn’t use any of my coping skills unless it was that specific group They don’t let you in your room to take ANY breaks whatsoever When a kid is obviously struggling they do not remove the other patients from the situation I would rather stay in the hospital than ever go back here They don’t allow you to do certain things that are important coping skills unless your leaving soon you can even listen to music until you reach a certain level for example, The only good things about it is the building and the food. Don’t go here If I could give 0 stars I would. There’s so much more I want to say about this place but I’m trying to keep this short
no cause I genuinely had such a good experience here. I met some incredible people who I will never forget. staff and patients. I cried so much when I got home because I missed this place. I missed the people. this place helped me so much. im still lowkey a disaster of mental illness, but I can cope with it. I know im cared for and that im worthy because of this place. shout out to the amazing staff I met there, hi yalllll, and let me say that I am very thankful for this facility XOXO p.i.s
This was not the treatment center that was advertised. If i could rate this zero stars i would…Clients were treated like prison inmates instead of children suffering from mental health illness. Several clients were extremely sick and the staff would not allow them to rest. Additionally there was zero control. Everything was constantly in a state of chaos ultimately causing more trauma for the clients and even some staff. Love F+V:)
We can’t say enough good things about the team here. If you are open and willing to do the work you will climb mountains with your child here. My son left with a full heart and gratitude for the staff, the experience and everything he learned along the way. Our lives and our relationships are better now than they have ever been with the guidance, love and support we received through this program. The tools they teach are invaluable to those that want something more and something better than what they currently are using. We got everything out of this experience that we expected and more. Big thank you to the staff here. Best wishes on your journeys of helping others. You are all shining stars and the impact each of you have is profound. You will forever be in our hearts.
I recently resigned here as a Mental Health Technician due to the lack of support and communication from management. The Program Director and my supervisor intentionally ignored me the last week that I was working, telling majority of the other staff that I was leaving, without checking in with me first. The Program Director did pull me into her office and immediately gaslighted me, blaming me for all of the clients dysregulation, expressed that I was unprofessional for texting other coworkers while on shift (whom I got the MOST support from every shift, so of course we we're in constant communication). When I asked her about receiving communication and support from management, she expressed that this facility is one of the best in Oregon because of its 3 students to 1 staff ratio, I just don't know what I was talking about, and that when new clients come in, it is "none of our business" since things are never final until documents are signed. (EX: I asked her if there was a new client coming in one day and she replied "it's still up in the air" and 15 minutes later, a new client showed up and no one was given any information about anything). Clients are amazing and try to get the best help they can from the amazing therapists and mental health technicians. However, with it being understaffed and management not supporting their staff, there is a high overturn rate. Clients have expressed there is chaos in the schedule due to rules always changing from management switching up things last minute. It's a very money hungry facility/company unfortunately. They are more concerned with bringing more and more clients in rather than supporting and encouraging the ones they have now, to fully equip them with the tools they need to be successful when they leave this facility. Hope this was helpful to someone <3

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
