Athenix Body Sculpting Institute's Online Review Report Card

They continuously delete my review. I would not recommend Athenix at all. My partner had several surgeries done in a row, and they were obviously not done correctly. By the time her follow-up was scheduled, that doctor had been let go. They admitted things did not go well. They said they would take care of it, but nothing has happened yet, just the run-around. Several visits have been scheduled, yet they always have an excuse for their mistakes. Doctor was suppose to be present and was not! Then over booked. Months have passed and what has happened is, lost work hours, mileage on her vehicle, and the cause for DEPRESSION. Even if they would fix their surgical mistakes, they want her to pay for anesthesia, which is around 2k. After her surgery she could only get the drugs she needed from them. Mistakes were made and that ended up in several additional trips. Total money spent is near 40,000 dollars. Speaking for myself, I would call this Malpractice. This is an updated edit from this point on. Things got even worse with her last and final visit. The doctor was very rude and disrespectful, even to the point of saying degrading things about her looks. She came home in tears and told me what had happened and how unprofessional they were, including the nurse that was present. He's lucky I wasn't there. End of story.

Setting up my consultation was a breeze. Going in and talking with the staff was wonderful. I got my work done and am beyond happy with my results. I recommend athenix to anyone and everyone I talk to who asks about what I had done. The surgery was quick, I was checked on after. Everything about this place was amazing and I am so glad I got my work done through you guys.

A shout out to Dr. Zacharia Barnes and Patient Care Consultant - Sandy Nguyen.I went to Athenix to investigate Liposuction - Dr. Barnes politly let me know I was NOT a candidate!He did not push unnessary treatments on me - the entire experience was professional - At the end of the day 'Honesty is the best Policy" Dr. Barnes was honest (although it wasn't what I wanted to hear!).Thank you!

Back in June I had decided to have this procedure done. I wanted it not only for my physical health, but also my mental image. I called, and was set up with in consultation 2 weeks out; which was amazing because every where else was almost a year out. The consultantation went well, and had my surgery date for early Nov. Dr. Barnes was absolutely professional, sweet, and really assured me that although the cons of this procedure is very real; he was able to give me trust. The nurses there as well are unbelievably friendly, and made me comfortable every step of the way. The anesthesiologist was humorous, comforting and might I say pretty to look at LOL 8 weeks later and I feel and look like a DREAM! I would recommend this surgery to anyone, and specifically with Dr Barnes at Athenix Body sculpting!

I got a breast augmentation and lift back in July, and I love my results! I told Dr. G I wanted them to look as natural as possible, and he gave me exactly what I wanted! I'm very happy with how thin he made the incisions, so when the scars start to fade, you will hardly notice them! All the nursing staff is great too! Everyone is very friendly and I would recommend coming here to anyone looking to get plastic surgery!

I selected Athenix for a tummy tuck and lipo procedure Oct 2022. From start to finish (still have a 3 month follow up appt) everyone I interacted with was very friendly. My consultation with Sandy was not rushed and very informative. The appointment before the big day with the surgeon confirmed my decision. He was friendly but honest and direct which is what I needed. Payment and scheduling very easy. The day of the procedure my nurse immediately put me at ease as did the anesthesiologist. Very happy I took 2 weeks off work. The first week I wasn't in any pain, just couldn't lift anything and walking at a very slow pace. Each day I felt better and better and today I absolutely love my results. Got rid of my size 12 pants and got out my size 8. Can even fit into a couple size med dresses that I never that I'd get back into. For the first time in several years I have a flat stomach/no muffin top! Bye mommy belly!
