Lifeworks Nw - Beaverton's Online Review Report Card

My therapist & entire team of people dropped me without a single word after over a year. They abandoned me & caused more abandonment issues. My first counselor assigned me a peer support mentor that I spoke to every single week for over a year, meanwhile I kept switching through therapists because they're all so blah & seem like they dont care. Then I got one that was the WORST. She caused so many problems by saying I was too close to my peer support mentor and tried to have my case dropped without even hearing my side, she verbally abused me on the phone & when i called her supervisor, she lied to me & said they would connect me with someone new but i never heard anything, despite me calling every single day. Not to mention, my peer support person just dropped me also without a word. I have been calling every day & have been ignored every single voicemail I leave. They do not care about mental health, they just want the checks.

Not one person that works at this place whether it be clinician or front desk is ever on time as well as organized. Also the fact that they Have recovered addicts as clinicians Instead of actual therapist and psychologist with degrees. Is redundant

Had a really good therapist for a while but she left. She told me LifeWorks would reach out to me with a new one, however, it took months before they did. I assume because they're incredibly busy now with Covid?Scheduling new appointments is bit difficult as they're consistently swamped. Expect to be able to talk to your therapist every 2-3 weeks.Although many front desk interactions have been hit or miss, Olivia is really upbeat and patient as she answered many of my questions!

I've been in therapy and had a psychiatrist my whole life I've been to LifeWorks a few times throughout and it seems like everytime they only do subpar work the doctors don't really care especially if you're in the tayos program I probably spelled that wrong but that's how little information they gave me about their program it's failed me so much I've never been in such a horrible position due to doctors and people who call themselves professionals especially Dr.Shelby

I went from having a great experience here to getting so frustrated I ended up leaving. When people say the turnover rate for counselors are high, they are not exaggerating.I've since moved to a private practice.

Upset my daughter who is a client, just because we were trying to recuse some ducklings and the momma duck. Got told to leave. So be careful in their parking lot wouldn't want dead ducks now.

If I could give this place a -5 star review I would. My appointment was set to be at 11 a.m.30 minutes go by and still nothing. I go to the front desk they say oh will be out here shortly to help you.almost 30 minutes go by again and it's almost noon. I get called back and get told I'm not able to be seen until 1..Wasn't told it was a walk in clinic either, but that still doesn't give the staff the okay to not communicate with patients who are waiting in the lobby that there is a list of people in front of you.
