Pacific Medical Group Beaverton's Online Review Report Card

I've been a patient for 5+ years and will not be returning. I'm going through a tough time at the moment and have had to sign up for Medicaid. After stating they take four different OHP providers, I call back later in the day and suddenly, "They haven't taken Medicaid in years." Providers are great, but I've done my best to tolerate the often rude, short and incompetent receptionists - until now.

I had to wait 4 months for an appointment only to have the "doctor" tell me he can't fill my medication. He then handed me a phone number and took my copay. Terrible bedside manner. Very unprofessional and cold. I would not suggest this clinic to anyone

Terrible bedside manner. They will take your money and mess up your insurance paperwork. Dr. Fu is very rude and has terrible bedside manner.

Pros: I enjoy very much the understanding and comprehensive care that I receive from my seemingly high qualified primary care doctor. My last provider did a lot of Google searches and she asked me what I thought a lot, only that made me feel like she may not know much about my health issues. But my current provider, at my new location in Beaverton, seems to be more professional and knowledgeable. My health issues are rare and have been requiring me to see a l lot specialists. The Beaverton office and their staff have been very very helpful on making sure that specialist they refer me to are within my health insurance coverage and nearest to me. They also have been great at checking in to see how said specialist are working out for me. They are a great team and I am comforted by their communication and care by them. My only real con is that they're isn't a praxis app that I may have an option to stay signed in on my phone. Con: my only real cons are that there's not really an app i can stay signed into. Sometimes I struggle with remembering my password or I don't get my notification if I don't have the page open.

Very impressed with services provided by the Beaverton Clinic and my recent experience with Dr. Dhingra.

I was going here for 3 years and had to go elsewhere because of the absolutely terrible service. Good luck getting a call back or anyone responding to your pharmacist plus no real doctors, just nurse practitioners. Not to mention I was misdiagnosed for a Staph infection. You couldn’t pay me to go here again

I was going here for 3 years and this place is awful. Horrific service. Good luck having them respond to your pharmacy or returning a call. I was misdiagnosed as having a spider bite when it was a staph infection and had to go to an urgent care to have it properly cared for. No real doctors here, just nurse practitioners

Update: nobody has contacted me yet from the billing department and I don’t expect they will since they failed to obtain payment from my insurance provider when I had coverage. It should not be on the patient to obtain payment for covered services! I went to Pacific medical group during the height of Covid due to having prolonged symptoms seeking an antibody test. I had a short examination and later received a bill for over $300. I contacted them to explain the visit was Covid related and therefore should have been covered by my insurance. They gave me the runaround telling me to contact my insurance company who told me to have Pacific medical resubmit the claim as a Covid related visit. After several attempts to get in touch with their billing department and leaving multiple voicemails I figured the matter would have been resolved. Now I find out they have sent this bill to collections putting a negative mark on my credit report when my insurance should have covered this without question. It was their mistake but they have no interest in resolving it. I would not recommend going here unless you have world class insurance.

Dr Anshu Dhingra saved my wife’s life by detecting a thyroid cancer at a very early stage. Cant thank her enough. Great clinic, great staff… cant ask for more

Dr. Dhingra is an amazing doctor who is both knowledgeable and compassionate. She cares about your whole health and always takes her time to listen and discuss your concerns.
