The worst front desk experience I had an 11 am appointment and I arrived at 11 am I was told I was bumped from my appointment and they would try to work me in as I should have arrived at 1045 instead of my 11 oclock appointment. They could not give any idea of how long I would have to wait or I could just make another appointment. I will never give them my business again.This was never the case before Rayus took over what a waste

I have been coming here for years. Always love the woman here. So kind and polite and ALWAYS makes me feel comfortable. Thanks ladies

Horrible receptionist very rude and ugly service..my teenage daughter had a ultrasound done here and they made it a horrible experience..

The male receptionist is incredibly rude and self important. Although my husbands mask was clearly covering his mouth and nose it wasnt to this little mans liking and he persisted in disrespecting and humiliating my husband 68 times publicly. Whether you agree with masks or not if you are looking for a place to be treated with kindness respect and honor DO NOT GO TO THE BETHANY LOCATION. Clearly this small minded severely controlling kid has never been taught respect for his elders and doesnt know what it means to be a man of honor and nobility. Its incredibly sad to go to multiple places and find like reviews about this guy and hes still there. Wow Epic not really valuing your clientele.

I don’t know why this place only has an average of 3 stars. They’re great From Eddie at the front desk to Ashley who did my mammo to Katie who was very gentle and thorough with my ultrasound. The office is very clean and everyone is kind and friendly. AND they give you your results while you’re waiting No sitting at home waiting anxiously for a phone call. I highly recommend this EpicUpdate It’s a year later and I just got off the phone with Terri who scheduled my appointment for this year’s mammo. She was nothing short of kind polite and funny

Horrible service I went in to get a scan done and thought everything went well until 3 days after when I got a call from one of their employees telling me the images did not turn out how they should have and that they were going to send me to a different location cost free. I go to their other location and the first thing a hear from the assistant is I dont know why they are still using that machine its outdated and old.So I go in and get everything done. I was paying out of pocket and had $150 left to pay out of $500. A few weeks go by and I get a bill thats over $1100 I called billing and they could not do anything so they told me to call the actual facility. I called the facility and someone there told me not to worry about it that she was going to talk to her supervisor and get it fixed and I should get a call confirming the change. Another week goes by and I drive over to pay the remaining $150 just to find out the $1100+ was still on my account. The person working at that time said he had no idea how to fix the problem and told me he was going to get a it fixed after talking to his supervisor.Yet again nothing was doneAfter calling 4 times and personally going to the location and waiting around for them to fix the problem NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED I spoke to the supervisor and 4 workers and they all said the same thing.We will fix it and you will get a call once its done We will fix it and you will get a call once its done We will fix it and you will get a call once its doneStill waiting for that call...

When you have an appointment and after an hour you are still not seen for a simple Xray it’s unacceptable

The male radiologist refused to do a bilateral ultrasound even though my female doctor specifically wrote an order for me to have one. I had to beg the radiologist to do the ultrasound. Finally he relented to do a SINGLE side ultrasound instead of the bilateral one which was still in violation of my doctors orders. After all that humiliation Epic had the nerve to charge me for a full price bilateral ultrasound. I will never come back to this horrible business again.

Having imaging is sometimes a stressful situation because of the unknown but Epic Imaging helps in having excellent imaging for your doctors review They are conveniently located with multiple locations in the metro areas and their employees are friendly and professional. The facilty is clean and has modern imaging equipment. The technicians are friendly and mature giving excellent service. They communicate very well and explain what theyre doing. They even give you a cd to bring to bring to your referring doctor. My service was a five star experience and hardly any wait either. I had xrays and a 3d mammogram. I even got a nice treat of chapstick which I needed and a nail file too I highly recommend them. Get your mammograms And if youre over 40 then your insurance should make it free. Important to also have a 3D mammogram if you have breast implants and even more so if they are the textured implants because there is a recall on textured implants for causing cancer. Know before you go My google directions got me a little frustrated with directions but I made it so when coming for the first time do yourself a favor and look for Epic Imaging at the end of the building next to the exit side of the parking area onto Cornell. They are located in a large whitish building with about three levels. Theres only one entrance onto the property where the building is located then you can either enter from the main building or directly into Epic Imaging from the outside of the building which is the best option because the parking is better on that side with designated Epic Imaging parking spots.
