MA Brittany states “it’s a waste of time providing a Prior Authorization for my son’s medication.” I attempted to speak to a supervisor and left messages but no reply. Hmmm. Wonder if Dr Rydell is aware of the unprofessional conversation with this MA. This MA has ignored the pharmacist Eugene requests for months and my son is still yet without his needed medication.Horrible experience with this office for months surrounding receiving PA for my son medication. According to records there are several unfinished notes from Brittany that appears in my son chart. It was also revealed a prior authorization was never requested and completed in the notes. This is a huge red flag. To receive no call back from supervisor and Doctor as requested is even a bigger red flag.Brittany is very unprofessional and this writer has requested she is to never be involved in my children cases if I continue to bring my children to this clinic which is very questionable at this point.

Dr. Murdick is great. Always spends quality time evaluating both of my children asks great questions and ensures that we all have the information we need when explaining various things. We have recommended her to many others and just adore her She’s no nonsense empathetic but straightforward and will check in after hours if needed. Highly recommend

Waited 45m only saw less than 5m. She is busy answering questions from nurses about phone calls that she was getting. Not friendly. Not professional .
