List of The Portland Clinic's Reviews
I love all the doctors that take care of me at the Portland clinic, whether it’s Beaverton or Tigard. They really take the time, they listen and really care about the patients.
I was told my appointment was for 9:30. Turns out they told me the wrong time. The clinic manager attempted to "find" me another appointment, but then said it was with a nurse practitioner and their policy was that I had to have a primary physician to see a nurse practitioner. I don't have a primary physician as this was going to be my first appointment, which the clinic manager knew. She also attempted to "forget" to give me the paperwork to file a grievance when I told her I wanted to file one at the start of our conversation and I had to "remind" her. Not impressed. Won't be back. And I cancelled all of my appointments, including my the one I was supposed to have today. If they can't even give me the correct time of my appointment, why should I trust them with my health care needs?
The Portland Clinic in Beaverton has horrible customer service if you can even get them to answer their phones in the first place! The front desk women are very nasty and not helpful. They wont even transfer you to a medical assistant to talk about a health issue. They say they can handle the question themselves. Are you a certified medical assistant? Dont think so. The doctors are rarely available for appointments and dont have any sort of "schedule" so you are not able to plan in advance. Tried to get in with a doctor but was put on hold for over 20 minutes TWICE (they hung up the first time) and then when i did get ahold of someone they said if i had to cancel and go to urgent care (if my cough got worse and i couldnt wait for the doc) they would charge me a full appointment even if i gave notice. STAY AWAY!
Terrible wait times, often wait 30min or more after the scheduled time

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
