Pésimo los trabajadores de este lugar, l@s recepcionistas no saben hacer su trabajo, yo y mi esposa estamos teniendo un servicio muy mal y una experiencia muy mala, a todas las futuras mamás no se los recomendaría ir a esta clínica,. Así que calificaría a 5 ceros, 0,0,0,0,0.

This clinic is exceptional. I’ve never once had an issue with them. The staff has always been very kind and helpful. The pharmacy is exceptional compared to others I have been to. They have made keeping up on my 3 children and I’s healthcare a breeze! And the online mychart portal is actually very proficient as well. I can send my doctor pictures, request appointments, get medical records right away without having to call anyone!

Best clinic in town as I have my doctor, dentist and pharmacist all under one roof. Masks and social distancing is still enforced as of 10/2022. I receive excellent care by the front and back offices, every visit. The support staff are great for scheduling and quick questions about vaccine availability, plus it's a bilingual clinic for our Spanish-speaking family and friends.

This place is horrible, don’t get me wrong.They aren’t responding of patient questions, they sent me wrong place for a referral and when you call them it’s go to call center.They all transfers calls to each other end of the day get tired and have to leave.very very poor customer care and patient care, please check before you select this place.

Absolutely horrible told my mom she was constipated send her away later that day she had surgery after she went to the hospital doctors are in a rush that don’t even go into details!!! Mucha gente va ahí so lo porque hablan español no se olviden que cualquier otro lugar tiene que obtener un traductor y les dan mejores servicios ..

they're answering service is non-existent if you get through they make you appointments two weeks out if you leave a call back number they never return you and if you have a learning disability they will not cater to Asperger's or ADHD they discourage you from inpatient appointments for people that need visual processing on paperwork so they do not cater to disabilities. just another corporation hiding under the disguise of protecting minorities to make profit

Pharmacist who sits and talks with you about taking diabetic medications named Elise or Eloise smells TERRIBLE. SHE SMELLS LIKE A DOG. The smell is very prominent in a room when you're within a few feet of her. She makes enough money to shower daily. How come she does not??? She also has too many piercings and not only does it look unprofessional and frightening to a patient who is afraid of starting insulin because of the fear of needles, it also is a statement of this professional trying to rebel. Do I really want someone rebellious teaching me? Education is about obeying, not rebelling. Clean yourself up, please. The lady is very emotional and takes anything you say very offensively. This is her job (to deal with patients, so deal with it for the 30 minutes and move on because you're getting paid a very large amount of money to do it and you also have a really great life doing it). If you don't agree with her, she will go on a rant about how much time she's spent in school to be able to do what she does. Everyone has the right to their own opinion. Just like she can choose to make life difficult for other people, I have the right to my own opinion about her. If this is who Virginia Garcia employs, this place is not at all a prestigious place to get health care.

I just called In to make an appointment for my daughter her allergies are really bad and the person that pick up the phone she was very rude about it she was very mean about all the questions that I had I feel like they need another customer people that can give better service it's not the same employees that they had before very unfortunate, they really need to work give better service

This is one of the most helpful clinics I have seen. The front desk, management, providers and doctors all focus on helping the patients. The call center wait time needs improvement but other than that I would highly recommend this place.
