Virginia Garcia Beaverton Wellness Center's Online Review Report Card

This is one of the most helpful clinics I have seen. The front desk, management, providers and doctors all focus on helping the patients. The call center wait time needs improvement but other than that I would highly recommend this place.

My issue with VGH in Beaverton is their atrocious hold system. A nasally sounding woman repeats the same message THREE TIMES IN A ROW, repeatedly for every 5 minutes,"We know your time is valuable. If you'd like to hold your position in line and wait for a callback, please press 1, or remain on the line for the next available agent."Three times in a row! Repeatedly. Every 5 minutes.Why would you design this to be so intentionally aggravating? I will retract this 1 star and change to 5 if the hold system is fixed.Edit: I'd like to respond to the owners claim they are working on their hold system. That is a blatant lie. That system has been exactly as it is ever since 2 years ago when I started going to Virginia Garcia. Just fix it already and quit making excuses.

I've been coming to this Clinic for many years but today I came in to get my covid 19 booster shot. Clean and very professional. Nice staff.

Several staff meetings are needed to make sure everyone is aligned on how to deliver in their position. I think this a great facility and everyone is capable so hopefully you can make it a more professional environment.- greet people at checkin rather than staring at your screen- communicate wait times- make yourself approachable for questions- direct people where to goAnd so on….

Dr.Werner who is no longer at VG & Austin are great. I even stayed with Dr.W when I had private insurance and other options. The VG dental has been a nightmare! I have lost teeth that could have been saved if I didn't have to wait over 12 weeks to be seen. I have had a dental emergency for 5 weeks, had to go ED, urgent care & my doctors sent referrals to be seen. I was told, I couldn't get an appt, to go to the ED(again) if needed and my only option was waiting 7am-1pm w no guarantee to be seen. I just started a new supervisor position in residential care and have had mandatory training/onboarding that would disrupt my new employment & role. It makes no sense to not schedule emergency appointments even w 2 doctor referrals. The infection became so severe it was unbearable. With new employment, I also didn't have the income to pay out of pocket at an appropriate clinic. I am an OHP clinician in behavioral health, I would never not see or help a client in an emergency. Patients are dying with accidental overdoses(asprin/acetaminophen) because pain is not treated & having to wait. Something has to change. I lost have of a tooth while waiting to be seen due to infection. This tooth could have been easily saved weeks ago while I was attempting to make an appointment.

Worst clinic i have ever seen in my life.. zero customer service.. zero stuff.. doctors maybe okay but stuff are zeroooooooo. Not going to VG any more

It's impossible to get care at this facility! I established care. Had a second appointment for a phone conference. Have waited 48 hours for that appointment. Only to find out that they canceled it because there was some error. Nobody can tell me what kind of error. It just goes to show me how much they really don't care about their patients. Healthcare just is not what it used to be.

I've been with Virginia Garcia for over 5 years and the problem is getting a hold of someone! If they do call you back and you miss it your right back where you started from. I can never get anyone on the phone to make an appointment. I've also been scheduled for an appointment to show up and not have me down even when it was confirmed in My Chart. Now I'm no longer able to get into My chart to check messages and I can't get hold of anyone to help! Very frustrating. Every 6 months it seems I'm assigned a new doctor and I have no idea who they are because I don't meet the one I'm assigned to. Because I can't get an appointment. It's important to stay on top of our health and advocate for ourselves but how do you do that when you can't even get a someone on the phone to talk to

Terrible wait time just to see the receptionist or front counter occupied by 6 people.

It feels like this medical center is run by teenagers. I call in and I’m told one thing, then when the expected result doesn’t happen (something as simple as my rx being sent to my pharmacist) I call back and am told completely conflicting information. This has happened at least 5-6 times now. This is ridiculous. I’m done with Virginia Garcia.
