Really needed my teeth refined. Waited a week to get in just for them to set another oppointment. Ugh. I need a dentist that can do what I need done.. not make more oppointments . Now it's weekend and will have to wait again. Ugh

The dentist/dental assistant there went above and beyond to make my 3year old daughter feel comfortable for her first visit. Definitely would recommend this place for the little ones!

Unfortunately I am going to be needing several fairly extreme procedures to correct the issues in my mouth and this office full of wonderful staff members all showed a heartwarming level of empathy towards my situation. Many thanks to everybody involved. I can't wait to be done with this process and have my mouth and smile back To what it once was!!!!

My husband Went in yesterday 11/8/24 to 1st floor for his appointment and at first the initial takin and reception was good but then I waited over an hour my appointment was at 1:40pm we did hear his name not to long after takin but someone else went so we assume it was another person with his same name so we continue to wait for more than an hour until they called a so called David and his family member said he was inside already. He told us he thought David went in to a different person appointment, which was my husbands appointment. This person David had been already inside being treated for over an hour when they called his name. 😐 and today my husband got a message asking how was his experience! It was terrible why didn’t they check to make sure it was the right person going in?

Reception didn’t even check to see why was I waiting so long and I don’t know what the assistant did about this whole situation. I will be calling my insurance to make sure they didn’t charge my “appointment “ since it wasn’t even me

Re-Scheduled me on the ONLY day they're closed. Wtf. Lady told me either the 30th in the morning/afternoon or 31st at 3:40pm. I tried calling today and It says CLOSED. I was scheduled at 3:40pm today. Very bad communication.
