I never in my life with dealing with Doctor’s have ever felt so comfortable and understood like I did today. I was already nervous when I walked in for my appointment. The front office person was friendly and very accommodating. Then after going into the room, as I waited, when Dr. Higgins walked in, immediately I was at ease. He was so nice and was very easy to talk to. His reassurance was perfection, and I cannot tell you how unbelievable I felt. I thankfully don’t need surgery, but if I did, Dr. Higgins would be the one. I think also what was great, is his demeanor and how he approaches everything he says. When I left, I sat in my car and cried, I just can’t explain enough how he gave me hope. I have never met a Doctor with the caliber he showed in every situation. He explained things so well and had that special quality we wish everyone had. You can definitely see that he cares for each person. I feel so blessed to have met him. Thank you !!!

I’ve never ever encountered a Dr who asked if it was ok to pray. He took my hands and prayed for the procedure and family and myself. What an angel. I was really surprised. We need more Drs like this. Thank you Dr Higgins. U brought peace to me. Oh

Dr. Higgins is quite possibly the nicest person I've ever met and equally medically knowledgeable. His nurse, Laurie, and administrative assistant, April, are also the kindest people. I am beyond grateful for their care. If I could give them a million stars, I certainly would. I promise you are in the best hands with this medical practice. All around just amazing!!!!

I scheduled a consolation with Dr. Andy Higgins and despite my tardiness, he was still able to accommodate me and answer all my questions. He was an extremely nice and knowledgeable person, and was very easy to talk to.

Dr.Higgins and staff are just great chimistry to be around! I had a robotic hair transplant a year a go! and i waited to see full results. when technology and passion come together the outcome is amazing .Im so happy i decided to do it!

Dr Higgins and his staff are professional, yet personal. In an uncomfortable situation, I felt respected and cared about. I know I was not his only patient, but he and his staff made me feel as though I was. He answered all my questions and talked me through the whole process, very informative. I highly recommend him.

I just have to say, I have had many Dr. Appts. In my life but never one as good as going to Dr. Higgins. His receptionist, was the first contact I had, and she was just as kind as could be. I was nervous, going in, because I did not know what all I would hear. She was the first to put me more at ease, with her kindness. Dr. Higgins, seriously was the absolutely nicest, Dr. I have ever had. He had my Husband & myself right at ease. He took so much time with us. I never felt like he was rushing through the appt. He explained things very well. I feel very blessed that he is the Dr. I was referred to.
