After waiting for 40 minutes at Aspen Mountain Dematology , they finally took me back to see the doc... then made me wait even longer... without any explanation and a belated apology from a person who wasn't responsible for the repeated mistake ... after 55 minutes I had to walk out without ever seeing a doc because I had other commitments. Very unprofessional and disappointingly. It was just the error it was the lack of accountability.

I felt rushed during my full dermatological body check and Dr. Olson misdiagnosed a simple wart on my fingers for a callus… which is not a big deal in my case but it is worrisome because how reliable is he on diagnosing more of complex diagnosis? I have a raised mole on the back of my head and I attempted to palpate and show it to the doctor ( because naturally, I can’t see the back of my head ) but he didn’t have the patience to let me find it… My exam was not a full dermatological body check but I was charged so ( they charged my insurance over 500 $ for a 15 min visit). I don’t trust the health system at all, medical providers see their patients as revenue only… It’s very sad . I hope this young doctor will improve on his clinical skills and not making patients feel rushed too.

A real person answered the phone! They were able to get us in within a few days. The doctor we saw was friendly and took his time to help my husband out. They have our business!

Aspen Mountain told me they didn't know where Dr Pivik was currently practicing. Turns out she is at Juniper Dermatology now! Thank goodness!! She's the Best!!

It has been more than 8 weeks since my skin biopsy was collected by your PA. I've called many, many times with no return call. I've been billed by you and two different labs, but no one from your office will call me with the results. The next call will be from my attorney.
