Call me crazy but if appointments are by referral only and are almost 2 months out when you get to tge appointment the doctor should know why your there. Especially when you made the appointment you requested that they review your medical records so that it's not a wasted appointment. It's very surprising to me how inefficient, unprepared, and under qualified many medical centers and medical personnel are here in Bend. Add this one to the list.

The appointment time was sufficient for all my questions and concerns. Mark Spencer PA answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. I was able to gain more insight into my health issues while talking with him.

I appreciate that they have come up with a solution to there not being enough specialists. Their Telehealth program is one of the best I’ve experienced. I met my clinician through my phone and I appreciated that my clinician reviewed my chart, asked a lot of question and explained my next steps so that I fully understood the reasons behind his decision making.

I'm happy for those that have had a good experience with this practice. That said, beware! They don't have an Admin Assistant,return phone calls, answer emails or follow up on prescribing advice. Highly unprofessional
