I have had a very successful experience at Cascade Nutrition Consulting. I wanted to be healthier and lose a little weight, but not feel like I was battling my diet every day. I was two years out from having my second child, and I was not making progress toward my health goals anymore. Since I saw Annie, and she helped me to lay out a plan for diet and exercise, I have seen awesome changes. I don't feel hungry. I just feel healthy and more confident.

Annie is wonderful. I was diagnosed pre-diabetic and my doctor gave me three months to change my habits before we tested again. I contacted Annie and she was fantastic. I told her everything I was dealing with and no matter how embarrassing I felt they were, she was non-judgemental. I soon realized she was completely on my side. I've stumbled a few times but she remained helpful, encouraging and best of all, she helped me realize I can do this. I have adapted a healthier lifestyle and I'm slowly but surely losing weight. I'm going to be tested soon and I know my doctor and I will be happier with the results. Thanks Annie.

What I like the most about Annie Baumann at Cascade Nutrition Consulting, is her. She is not clinical, or condescending, but nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable . Annie makes me feel good about myself and encourages me to live a healthy life style.

My wife and I used to see Annie when she worked at Bend Memorial Clinic. She is personable, friendly, and knows nutrition. I highly recommend seeing her for planning out a nutritional lifestyle.

I met with Annie earlier this week. She was referred to me by my family doctor to address dietary needs that have changed for my husband and me. First of all, I read the review by Brian who complained about the cost. So, I called Annie to make an appointment and referred to Brian's post and asked her what her charges are. Well, I have to tell you Brian, her fees are well within the range of what I would have expected. I spent about 30-45 minutes with Annie. Discussing our current diet and what we needed to look at for change. We are in our 70's so an extreme change in diet was not on our horizon. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me to make moderate/reasonable changes. And when I left her office she offered the option of corresponding with her via phone or email if I had any further questions. I would definitely recommend her for your dietary questions.

Way over priced for what information you get. People are nice enough here but for the price I had to pay..... wow do I feel ripped off!
