This was my fist visit. My insurance wasn't showing me as being covered due to my recent move. The billing staff and clerical staff helped me work through it just hours before my appointment. The place was very clean and the medical staff were caring and professional. I was seen by Dr. Megan Smith. I was really impressed with her.She was really nice and knowledgeable. She explained the procedure I need and answered all questions s and addressed all concerns. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease. I feel privileged to have such an awesome team taking care of me. UPDATE I had surgery to address a large cyst on an ovary. Dr.Megan Smith performed the surgery. I had both ovaries and fallopian tubes removed. It was a total game changer. No more pain. When I went for my post operation appointment with Dr. Smith I couldn't stop thanking her. There were no complications. My life is so much better. If you want a awesome surgeon who's very personable, who truly cares, who's not burned out enjoys her career...make an appointment with her. She's amazing!

This was my first visit with Dr. Carlson and he made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything so well and I now understand what is happening with my body. I am post menopausal and been having issues with atrophy etc. I finally have a plan in place to help alleviate my problem. I highly recommend him.
