List of Eddy Young's Reviews
Very positive and explained my health situation clearly. Great Bedside manner. Felt comfortable as he treated me in the hospital and after care.
Dr young is a realist who explains exactly what is going to happen and what your options are.
Dr. Young took time to explain every step of what was happening, what was going to happen, and what we could do. We have been very pleased and thankful to have him treating my husband. We appreciate that he doesn"t sugar-coat the situation, but looks at what can be done. We feel he is an excellent cardiologist and is working with a team of excellent cardiologists.
Eddie Young is an arrogant, rude, ignorant man.
Absolutely the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He has been my cardiologist since 2009. He saved my life when at 43 I had my 1st heart attack. Then had to have a 5way bypass. He has monitored me closely even after my 2nd heart attack in which he caught early. 7 stents later, he has helped me through everything. I thank God for him.
Dr. Young is my cardiologist as well as my mothers. He is one of the best cardiologists in Central Oregon and has been in Central Oregon for many years which is very comforting as lots of doctors have come and gone here. He is very personal and knows what he is doing. He is definitely one one the best
My grandmother's heart is failing and he refused to admit her into the hospital. She is absolutely miserable and he wrote her off. He basically told her to go home and die. Guess what? My grandmother does not want to die. UPDATE: My grandmother received a second opinion and is now fully recovered. I danced with her at a wedding reception last weekend and she is planning to go to Italy in October. I'm thankful that she didn't trust Dr. Young.
I worked with Dr Young when I was a nurse at SCMC. Now, that I need to see a cardiologist, my preference is Dr Young, but he is not seeing new patients. I did see two other doctors at the clinic and was not pleased. I want a consult with a doctor I know and cannot get it. I am frustrated.
Terrible bedside manner!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
