They're a hot mess. They barely have any patients but an overcomplicated phone and corporate system that every time you try to get through to them it can ring up to 20mins plus with no answer. The Drs are out of touch and are siting there not understanding why you did not or dont schedule appointments many times referencing their wide-open schedule, or why you're late when you're literally sitting outside their door trying to get in. Just see how they created two listings on Yelp to disperse the bad reviews

The care is fine but don’t go here if you don’t have deep pockets. They have charged me $500+ with insurance for a WELL visit and to establish care. I have never had such an experience with another primary care. I will not be back

Ashley gives me all the time we need to discuss my health. She is very knowledgeable on my health issues. I am lucky to have her as my medical provider. And she is very friendly. Great bedside manner.

The better location for all general doctoral needs. Expansion is recent so make sure you know which building you need. Scheduling is a little strange but the atmosphere is great and helpful when needed

Dr. Day takes the time and effort to get to know her patients and she is very knowledgeable. She is a good listener and offers her professional advice. She responds to her portal and I trust her. I would highly recommend her.
