Was able to make a same day appointment - on a Monday, no less. Was seen by the very compassionate PA Ashley, who quickly zeroed in on my cough issue. A chest film was done and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I was able to get them a few hours later, and start getting better ! Thank you, High Lakes Urgent Care, and PA Ashley, for being there for me, and getting on the road to recovery !!!

So many of these reviews say Dr Sorensen, Dr Eric. The staff do not make it clear at all that they are not doctors. Please welcome your patients by introducing yourself and title- “Hi I’m Eric/Ashley your physicians assistant today” etc. It’s very misleading and clear in these reviews that patients think they’re seeing a doctor as has been my experience as well.

Fabulous treatment. I went into see them for a very sore shoulder with no obvious reason why. They were able to diagnose (X-ray) and treat me right then. Made an immediate improvement. Very good service from the moment I walked in. From the check in person to Ashley who treated me. I would recommend!

I’ve been sick more frequently in the past year than I can remember. While I’m not ecstatic to have to seek medical help, I’m glad this place exists. The entire staff here are knowledgeable, kind,caring, and attentive. Appreciate all that they do. 10/10.

After having a deep cough and wheezing for a week plus, I made an on-line same day appt at High Lakes Urgent Care. I was greeted at the door and immediately taken into an exam room, my vitals taken, then I was seen by P.A. Ashley Lane. Ashley was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She coordinated a chest xray down the hall, and got the results back to me quickly, and prescriptions called in to help me on the path of recovery. A great team of providers that work well together and make the patient's health and wellbeing a priority.
