List of James Dayton's Reviews
Dr.James Boudwin is the most remarkable MD ,I have been truly blessed to have found and entrust my health care to in many ways. The sincere interest and medical thoroughness is markedly free flowing seemingly fueled by his high level of intelligence and honest candor. His ability to listen to his patients , interpert a diagnosis and relay his care plan to heal is a gift every physician wants, yet many will never achieve. My first office visit 2 years ago cemented my faith Dr.Boudwin and his wonderful staff gave me options and realistic ,sensable care that would secures a bond and trust I am truly grateful for.
Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and meets your needs. Listens very well. Office staff is very good and getting you in to see the doctor. Strongy recommend Dr. Boudwin.
Would recommend NOT seeing this doctor. Receptionist is rude. Hard to get a referral to see a specialist. Very difficult to get an appointment and when you get an appointment you end up waiting for hours in the waiting room and then the doctors spends very minimal time listening to you. Would definitely not recommend this doctor.
This doctor might be certifiably insane. on my first visit, i came in with a finger infection i thought might be a fungal problem, he looked at my fingers for 10 seconds and then started asking me questions about my family life, how many tattoos i had (i have 4 visable tattoos that he saw) and if i got good grades in school. when i asked him what this had to do with my fingers he said he thinks i have traits of someone who is bi-polar and he thought that might have been what was causing the infections. this doctor talked to me for a total of 2 minutes and had concluded that i had a serious mental illness based on my appearance. he was unhelpful and on top of it, my infection eneded up being a serious one called "whitlow" which i needed high dose medication for. but of course, i got that information from a doctor who is worthy. DO NOT GO TO THIS INSANE PERSON!
Office was outdated and in disarray. Doctor offered to hypnotize me which I thought was extremely strange. I do not felt he listened well... he was more of a talker. Overall uncomfortable feeling. Would not recommend.
He listens very well and is very willing to help in all sorts of manners. I was acutually able to contact him during a once a in lifetime family event (his not mine) and he was able to talk us through a very difficult time and point my wife and I in the proper direction. Given the clinical signs, he properly diagnosed my wife and, as he prognosticated, needed surgery. Following a visit to the emergency room, lab work, ultrasound, etc. what he believed was occuring, in fact was, and successful surgery was performed. Whenever I, or any family member, have had to be seen, they have been very accommodating in getting us in to see him or his PA asap. I would highly recommend Dr. Boudwin.
Love him, and especially love Sharon the receptionist- she is so kind and wonderful.
Dr. B has been my Doctor on and off sine 87 (depending on the current insurance). Yes there is a LONG wait, but if you call and say your sick they will schedual in sometimes double booking him. For me, he's only once pushed a medication on me (my neck kept poping, he said it was stress due to work, and wanted to put me on a low dose anti-depressant. I opened my mouth and asked him to help me find non-medical ways to releave stress. And he was happy to help and said "if these don't work, and it continue poping, come back") I highly recommend Dr. B.
Dr. Boudwin is a down to earth guy who truely cares about his patients. He has been there for my family in some really tough times. The wait to see him is long because he listens to you and truely wants to know whats wrong.
dr. boudwin is great--always takes his time with you, that is why there is a wait. his receptionist is also nice. however, one nurse,i think her name is laura is very unpleasant.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
