I saw Dr. Nelson at NOW Care at The Center and was very happy with the level of care I received. He was very patient, thorough in his evaluation of me and explained how the concussion from a work related motor vehicle crash was affecting my brain and how I could help it recover. He even recommended some OTC supplements to help aid in my recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Nelson.

Dr. James Nelson provides patient care and I repeat "patient care." This is what an excellent physician concentrates on and he does. He answers questions honestly and explains what is best for one's medical issue. Dr. Nelson stays on task, focusing on helping many pts. throughout his day's work journey. He does not waste time while providing the best medical care he possibly can. Dr. Nelson is courteous to the staff helping him and expects professionalism in the presence of patients. We are grateful he is in this area. His philosophy and care is very needed. Thank you

Let’s be honest, nerve ablations are not fun. That said, Dr. Nelson and his staff made great efforts to make me comfortable. Their compassion and proficiency are extraordinary!

I have seen Dr. Nelson several times over several years. He is an excellent listener and diagnostician. When I'm not sure what is causing my pain, I generally start with him. If a referral to another doctor is warranted, he is happy to recommend someone. He has done spinal RFA twice for me with amazing relief from that pain. Dr. Nelson is able to explain a condition and to present evidence-based recommendations in understandable terms. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Nelson

Dr. Nelson is professional, but kind. He takes his time with me, listens to me when I describe my pain, asks questions & answers mine. He is thorough with his examinations, & always lets me know what our next step will be to try to reach the goal we set for my recovery during the first appointment we had. His staff is top notch & his assistant, Carla, is always one step ahead of the game! I have had such a great experience with Dr. Nelson, I would recommend him to all my family & friends!!!
