I am extremely discouraged by Dr. Morgan's priority on avoiding imagined risks to her practice. She is my primary care provider and is covered by my insurance. I have potential for a rare genetic mutation in my family (that is quite serious) and requested a specific and limited genetic test. I have been going to Dr Jessica Morgan for quite a few years. At least twice now I have had trouble getting my prescription. This time I went onto Highlakeshealthcare.com a couple times to see why I haven't received my prescription yet, and didn't receive 1 reply! When I called to find out what the problem was, I received a whole bunch of excuses. Now, with all the technology today, I know all she had to do was send it through the internet and it would be there within minutes. I really like her and would hate to have to go elsewhere, but if she's too busy for me then I will.

She cares about your health. Listens and is easy to talk with. Office staff is great. Can get hold of and will follow up on questions.

I'm on the fence. In my numerous appointments (over 6 now), she seems to interrupt me or cut me off each time I'm sharing something of value to me. I dont ramble but I do try and share who I am so she can get a better sense of me, the patient. If it isn't a direct answer to her question, it seems she doesn't want to hear it. I do know that she is smart and gives good information and feedback so I'll keep trying but I've had far better bedside and it does make an enormous difference.
