My first appointment with Dr.Paluck was a very positive experience. I felt his exam was thorough. It did not feel hurried and he answered all my questions clearly. I was very satisfied with my visit and the plan he outlined for moving forwarrd with my care.

I had two doctor visits scheduled on the same day. I live quite a distance from the doctor's office and it is difficult to get a ride to Bend, and traveling is hard for me. That morning before I left for the appointments, Dr. Paluck's office called, he had agreed to change my office visit with him to a phone call rather than making me wait around 3 hours for that 2nd appointment. While I was in seeing the first doctor (surgeon), Dr. Paluck walked by Dr. Moore's office and he realized I was there; he popped his head into the room and ask if he could see me after my appt with Dr. Moore. In my opinion, this was above and beyond, I was able to get information and care from both doctors and be done, and on my way home before the scheduled phone call with Dr. Paluck. I am grateful he was willing to go that extra step to meet my needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Paluck for several years. He has always been kind and attentive. I've never felt rushed. It isn't easy to get through to The Center main phone line to make appointments, so I was given his MA's card which I use in emergencies. Even through the Patient Portal, I get an prompt answer and he has worked me into his schedule for cortisone injections multiple times within days. I see him for pain, and I don't want pain meds, I want answers and solutions. Dr. Paluck has always found a way to provide me with relief without narcotics. I appreciate him and consider him to be an outstanding doctor.

I couldn't have hoped for a better doctor. He was experienced, skilled, and professional. He picked up that the MRI had been misread. He explained the dangers and benefits of possible procedures. He listened to me and was very encouraging. He developed a treatment plan to accelerate my recovery. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
