Even via telemedicine, Dr. Dean is an excellent doctor in every way. She is intelligent, thorough, an excellent listener, a quick thinker, patient, compassionate and kind. She possesses a perfect blend of seriously concerned and light-hearted. Her warm, friendly, non-judgmental demeanor is uniquely comforting, and one feels better after speaking with her, as it is evident that she cares very much about people and their health. She is impressive in every category, and I know am in good hands with her and the St. Charles group.

I'm very upset to have lost Dr. Dean as my PCP as I moved to Colorado recently. She was the first person to recognize that I had an autoimmune condition and am so grateful for her as I got early treatment for my RA. She will tell you the truth about your health (positive or negative), focusing on your long term care vs a quick fix. This is rare!

She doesn’t care and is more concerned with making sure my appointment only lasted 15 minutes as she stated at the beginning of my appointment. She also told me there’s no magic pill to cure me and that what I was going through just a part of life. I cannot believe she’s in this field. The lack of empathy, and unwillingness to understand without the need for me to over explain has left me utterly confused and without a doctor.
