MIchael Wahl's Online Review Report Card

When my mother needed radiation treatment for breast cancer, Dr. Wahl did an absolutely first-rate job. He took the time to put her mind at ease while bringing her back to perfect health. Dr. Wahl is easily one of my mother's all-time favorite physicians.

I have changed to a female doctor that actually listens to me. I was in pain and said something that may have seemed as if I was trying to diagnose myself. I was asking about something that usually affects older people. He made me feel so small and insignificant. He started talking to me as if I were a child. I was unable to even feel comfortable enough to finish telling him my concerns. If doing no harm is an oath, he does not care. Even if what I said was in fact stupid, he should not talk to someone paying for his services in that tone.

Dr. Wahl is exactly the type of physician you hope for-especially when dealing with the uncertainty of cancer. He genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Wahl took the time to answer any concerns I had in a way I could easily understand. He was compassionate and encouraging.

Dr. Wahl is a wonderful, compassionate, and intelligent physician. We love the care he provided our family!

We have had several GP's before switching to Dr. Wahl. He is a fine choice as a GP because of his matter of fact style. On a personal level, he is down to earth. His dry humor and wit is not at all arrogant but his way of making a patient comfortable. I am glad to have him as my GP and find him most professional and personable.

My family has gone the Dr Wahl for about 13 years. We started seeing him because he was so good with my son who had been scared of the doctor before seeing Dr. Wahl. Because I was so impressed with him my husband and I switched doctors and now regret it. Over the years he has become arrogant and judgemental. Wish the guy I used to know was still there. In the process of finding a new doctor right now :(

I can see the arrogant comment. He can be a bit condescending and smug at times. Didn't really seem like this is the beginning, but now that he's moved he comes off like a jerk at times

Dr. Wahl does not hesitate to order tests, etc. Can sometimes be sarcastic which isn't always appreciated when you're sick. Seems very thorough and good with follow up.

My whole family sees Dr. Wahl. I have a 13 year old daughter and 15 year old son. He is very easy to talk to and listens. He is great with kids. My son had fear of doctors and needles, when he was younger. Dr. Wahl earned his trust and even took the time to give my son his shots. He is laid back, jokes and makes you feel comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly also.

Dr. Wahl is very approachable and a great listener. Re: the "arrogant" comment in these reviews, I wonder what that patient did or said. Dr. Wahl is the OPPOSITE of arrogant, and will joke w/ you while taking your issues seriously. He is also very knowledgeable and correct in diagnosis. His office hours make it possible to get an appt. fairly quickly, and if you are having a problem that requires attn, he or his partner will see you the same day if possible. Also they have a nice new office.
