I have taken my Mom to see Dr. Farenz (sp?) a few times the last couple months. He is thorough, awesome bedside manor, he’s comfortable, he doesn’t make a person feel rushed, he’s sweet and he seems like he really cares. My Mom really likes him too, which is so important!😊 I have spoke with Allie from his team on the phone quite a bit. She is awesome and on top of it! Plus, we never have to wait long in the waiting room!

Dr. Lanford has been great to me. I appreciate his honesty, willingness to listen, and drive to get to the bottom of the problem. Without him I think I would be in worse condition and I dont think I would have ever known that I had a big problem going on in my back as well. Him and his team are fantastic and I hope to continue seeing them for the long term. Thank you guys for everything!

What a waste of time. An office of pill pushers, the Doctor never looked at my localized area of pain, sat on a stool and barraged me with “ we could try this one or this one…..etc. Bend is known for low grade medical care, this visit proved it.

The staff here is always pleasant and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience. My neurologist, Rachel Brown is amazing. She always makes sure that I feel comfortable and safe. I’m an artist, I’ve been dealing with pain in my drawing hand for 2 years and I’ve visited numerous doctors to try and resolve the issue with no success. During my first appointment with Dr.Brown, she told me she wasn’t going to give up on me and I immediately felt a wave of relief. I finally felt like someone understood that the pain in my hand was serious. Over the past 9 months I’ve been seeing Dr.Brown and I always leave my appointments feeling heard and cared for. I’m grateful for her and the staff.

Dr Griffin helped me in so many ways. He listened to me when other drs seemed to ignore what I was experiencing. I love how he listens and I love the clear notes he gives me after the visit.

Dr. Rachel Brown saved my life. I was hospitalized for 8 days and they achieved nothing, One visit to Dr.Brown and I was able to live again. She is truly one of the most thorough Doctors I've ever been to. She literally listens to you as a patient. I would not be here if she hadn't found a way to give me some relief from what I had been dealing with for over 50 days, I was ready to end my own life until she treated me. I'm not 100% but I can sleep knowing that through some appointments and time she will help me find relief. The office staff is so efficient and amazing as well! Thank you Pacific Crest Neurology for saving my life, you just have no idea the true impact your office has on the community.
