Dr Yee diagnosed my severely fluid overloaded father with dehydration, reduced his lasix dosage and recommended he drink more water Less than a week later, he was hospitalized due the dramatically increased severity of his fluid overload, massive edema, and pneumonia. 0/5 would not recommend.

Dr. Yee is a fantastic doc! Flagstaff misses you! Tim thought he would stop by your place while he was in town (Flag). Boy, I bet he was surprised. Ha. His brother lives in Oregon. Hope you’re enjoying your new home! :) There is a wonderful young lady who took over your position. You’d love her!!

Lots of problems on how this office is run. I was given a referral to have a procedure done. I go to he office to make an appointment , and was told that there was no code at all on the referral. They said this rarely, if ever happens. So the referred office has to contact Yee to get a code before they will make an apt. His office was closed for a week after that so they couldn’t get a code for a week. After a week and a half, I went to Yee’s office to find out when I could expect a referral that was done properly. The “girl” in the office told me it was in “his hands and she has no clue when he will get to it! On a different referral I gave them the names of 3 Dr’s that were in my network for the referral. They used a different Dr., I told them that he wasn’t in my network. She told me that they already had it approved with my insurance. They told me not to call them, they would call me. A week and a half go by with no call, so I call the other Dr to follow up . I was told that they did get a referral for me over a week ago but he isn’t in my network, just like I had previously told them! Very frustrating. I could go on and on about how lousy Dr. Yee’s office is ran , but what is the point. Go elsewhere unless you like dealing with ineptitude and rude office staff.

Refused to accept my insurance because they thought I was an AHCCS patient. I called my insruance company to see what the deal was and he assurred me it was settled. I called back the office and they still refused to take me on as a patient because I called and filed a complaint.This is discrimination! And I was treated like less of a person because of it. Just lazy medical assistants who dot want to do their job. Sorry DR YEE I was excited to meet you. My twin sister goes there and you came highly recommended but your staff is very rude and lazy!

I had a very poor experience with my last visit to Dr Yee. Although he is a very personable guy the billing process and lack of communication and contradictory information from the office staff are unacceptable. I would not recommend Dr Yee for this reason.

Dr Yee is a nice guy and I have enjoyed my visits with him. However, I have had two instances where I was charged for additional services despite being assured by office staff that this would not happen. The office manager is difficult to reach and does not return phone calls, which seems unprofessional.

Dr Yee is a wonderful, compassionate physician. He is exceptional with dementia and Alzheimer's patients. Highly recommend him.

Seeing Dr. Yee is always a comforting, stress-free experience. We are often out of town and it's tough to plan ahead. Each time we need to see Dr. Yee he can see us that day, or the day after. A French ER doctor once diagnosed me with trigeminal neuralgia, which is serious and can lead to paralysis on side of face. When pain came again, Dr. Yee correctly diagnosed it as TMJ (teeth grinding at night). What a relief. Office staff are happy, relaxed and go out of their way to accommodate you.

My husband and are on Medicade because we don't make enough to pay for medical insurance another way. Dr. Yee was among the Medicade doctors listed so we signed my husband up as a new patient. Scot's initial visit was amazing. We had a question after he left and the office was closed. We were amazed that the on call phone was his personal cell phone. He seemed to really care. He left Medicade insurance (like many doctors who care more for money than people). We were not informed. It's the doctor's responsibility to inform his paitients if he can no longer serve them. My husband came down with pneumonia and made an appointment. When he arrived for the appoinment, he was told no one would see him. Not even a nurse to see if maybe he would need to go to urgent care. Really disappointed.
