This office lied and essentially stole from me. Terrible customer service. Avoid if you can. In June, I made an appointment in September— three months out, soonest available. Given my recurring UTI issue, I asked if I could get something prescribed before my appointment if I got a UTI, and I was told I could if I left a urine sample in their office for testing. When I did get a UTI in July and asked if I could come in again, I was again told this would be ok, so I came in that Friday to leave a sample. The following week the office called me and said whoever had told me that I could get something prescribed before my appointment was wrong and didn’t work there anymore (mind you I had confirmed this multiple times on multiple dates). They wouldn’t prescribe me anything but they still ran my lab, which I was charged for. I’ve tried contacting their office 5+ times to get my money back for the lab charge that was only incurred because their staff erroneously told me they could help me. Each time they’ve acted like it’s the first time they’ve heard of this issue, they repeatedly tried to send me to other departments who couldn’t address the issue, and they said they couldn’t do anything about the charge even though it was their responsibility. When I eventually had my appointment I told the doctor about it and she said they would make it right, but even after this and many hours spent on the phone with their office/ other departments, they wouldn’t call me back to follow up on the issue, wouldn’t follow up with my doctor about it, and acted helpless like there was nothing they could do about it since the lab was already run. It wasn’t a ton of money but this is literally fraud! I went through so much stress and time trying to get my money back and I ended up just paying it to avoid a hit to my credit score. Only thing I can do is leave this honest review. Please avoid this office if you have another option. I’ve never dealt with such terrible customer service in my life. I will say my actual experience with the urologist was good though.
