A well oiled machine, but also overwhelmed with patients, so you only get in only once a year. Sometimes the hygienists seem burnt out.

Nurses didn't read my chart obviously about severe dental work fear before relentlessly and painfully cleaning my teeth. While treating me like a number complaining about not getting their 10 aka break do i blame them, no, if you cant give your staff breaks maybe you shouldn't over book. Not only did my teeth and gums get tortured but she rushed so much she jabbed me in the chin. Doctor was just as rude coming in degrading me on my situation mind you the busted fillings and botched fillings you all degraded me on came from your facility!....I'm there to get my dental health figured out not feel worse leaving ...can't wait to change my insurance.

I had a wonderful experience. The front desk was so helpful with trying to get my old records. The assistant was really nice giving me my x-rays. The dental hygienist did a great job and was so knowledgeable. The doctor was really kind and asked me all about my concerns. The staff was very friendly.

Very painful tooth can't eat or sleep bleeding and they say you can wait a week before seeing us.

Tried out the insurance for a year here. I was sent to a specialist for a simple root canal and cost me $750 with the insurance. Now, I broke half of my tooth down to the gums and I call for an appt and get scheduled a week and a half from today. I explained that I am unable to eat on the other side due to dental work and I get told to eat a soft diet for that long. Not being able to see a dentist within 48 hours for an urgent need is unacceptable. I’ll be changing insurance for my family this year.

I really appreciated the dental assistants periodic reassurance during my dental procedure by saying good job or almost there or when to bite down or remember to breathe or what they were doing in my mouth. I have extreme anxiety and fear with dentists and mouth pain and all 3 times I've been here I have been soo comfortable and put at ease. Even before the gas lol 😆 I am beyond impressed with the professionalism and amount of gentle caring of everyone here. The only downfall I can say is having to schedule so far in the future.
