Steve Bond has it right. We love Dr Cscszar as a doctor very much. He is always very caring and listens to you. But for the phone service, I’ve never seen such a joke. Reroute ya back and forth , don’t return your calls in a timely manner, you’d think it was New York City down there, when there is one or two cars in the parking lot. And that front office staff, gotta be the worst on the planet . Can’t do this much longer…. Looking…..

My family all love having Anne Barry-Lever and the Canby Staff as our family medical providers. Highly recommend them for medical care. They truly listen and care about their patient care and well being. Tammy at the front desk is awesome!

Just got new insurance through my employer. Attempted to find closest doctor to me. Found this location and called to schedule 1st appointment. Waited on hold for 10 minutes after selecting the option that was told on the automated message for me to select. Get through to a person only to get transferred to a "scheduler". Wait another 10 minutes for the employee to look up my information and say "Looks like there is a note here, let me check to make sure they will accept you". Did not explain anything, and what note??? After another 5 minutes of waiting, get transferred to another office with an employee who seemed rushed into getting me off the phone to go to lunch. Office is closed for lunch 12-1PM so couldn't call back to figure this out. Very frustrated and confused. Seems like this office has horrible foundation and not the greatest customer service. Will be looking at other options. 1 star

First, Dr Csaszar is great! But the office staff, not so much. I showed up for an appointment that was made months in advance. I arrived 10 minutes early. When I checked in with the lady at the front desk I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled. No one ever contacted me about changing my appointment. I took a half a day off from my job for this. To cancel my appointment without contacting me is totally unprofessional and rude. Again, Dr Csaszar is great, and I'll keep coming to him, but the office staff is horrible.

I have been going to this clinic since 1975. Dr Kadwell was my Doctor for 40 years. If needed Dr. Csazaar has given me referrals

Unprofessional discourteous ,vindictive. And those are the POSITIVE POINTS . Oh and No more trust . And don’t get me started on double billing. . Good Luck 👍 if it happens to you. . It happened to me twice ! No apology nada. I felt so uncomfortable there I couldn’t even go without anxiety. They are so full of themselves and unprofessional. Reception discussing prescriptions behind the front desk so everyone can hear what you are prescribed . PAID FOR LOCAL reviewers. Paid for ! Find yourself a real doctor not a arrogant know it all .

Dr Lin has to be one of the worst humans on earth.The communication with nurses and office staff and doctors is terrible and will only frustrate you and make your life miserable.My wife went here growing up, I went here for about 6 years. All the good Dr.'s leave because they are treated like crap. All that gets left behind are crap doctors and the bitter nitpicking people that drive them away.Go somewhere else where they care about people at least a little people.

This office still has that country feel to it neighbors helping neighbors.They went above and beyond to help me thru my Covid 19.Ann Berry Lever is so awesome and made time for me during my Illness.The staff was wonderful also!

I have been a patient of Dr Csaszar’s for a few years now. I come from a family of medical professionals and I have high expectations when it comes to my relationship with a doctor (and little patience if those expectations aren’t met). I cannot express enough the appreciation I have for his professionalism, demeanor and the time he takes to listen to my concerns and discuss my care with me. I have recently moved out of the area but will be continuing using him through telehealth visits rather than using a local physician whenever possible.
