I first met Dr Paul Goebel, at the VA Hospital back in 2013. I will be 62 years old this October,,, because of my age I’ve had a few doctors in my wild 20s 30s 40s raising my family 50s growing my businesses and never in my entire life had a doctor as compassionate more importantly I should say on the business side of things “ never found one as caring/smart as him”! Being a proud Marine I have more respect for a man that’s tough as nails like Dr Goebel , yet can still be sensitive and wise when it comes to figuring out what the problem is. Especially when it gets seriously dangerous, as it was in my case. His Sensitivity to my health was refreshing. Plus Realizing this man did not treat me like a number, but instead treated me like I was family from my very first visit. Smart,,,wise,,,humble as this man is And his willingness to figure your body out is Unmeasurable compared to any other experiences I’ve had with doctors. He doesn’t know this because I have never told him, but he definitely has saved my life. Dr. Goebel listens!! His attentiveness and humor were both appreciated during our visit. He took time with me and was able to address my concerns and needs. He caught things others doctors missed. His bed-side manners were comforting and impeccable. I will refer him to my family and friends.

Was not sensitive to the patient very condescending and does not like it when the patient questions him in regards to the patients diagnosis seems to have a chip on his shoulder doesn't deal well with veterans
