List of Onepeak Medical's Reviews
Where to begin, I see a provider out of Klamath Falls that I see via zoom appts and I like my provider and the MA that I message back and forth with. I have been going to the Central Point location for labs and dropping off a record release form. First bad experience was when I dropped off a records release form so my records could be sent to a specialist, I personally dropped off the form 33 days before my specialist appt, when dropping off the form the front desk reviewed the form then asked what it was. I explained in detail what it was, she said ok and would put it in my chart. The day before my specialist appt I received a call that one peak never sent my records, I had to go there to make sure it got done. Second bad encounter was I had a appt with my provider and in the end i needed to do a breath test where i was given a appointment to go to the CP lab that same day. When I showed up to do the lab the front told me that I could not be seen since I did not confirm my appt within 24 hours. I told them that the appt was just made that day. The lady said oh, well regardless of that I still can't be seen because there was no phlebotomist in the office to do the breath test. I rescheduled and showed up to my 8 am lab where they said it was the 1st appt of the day. The lobby was so full of people waiting and then when another patient showed up the front told the person there is a wait because the staff is running behind that morning, running behind for the 1st appointment of the day, really? While waiting a man sitting there waiting mentioned this was his second time back for the same lab because one peak lost his blood. I waited over 30 minutes for my lab, when brought back the phlebotomist acted like she never did that test before , reading the box instructions and then left to go to the break room to return with a yellow plastic cup that I have no idea how clean the cup was. Mixed the ingredients together with no gloves and had me drink it as she is handling everything with no gloves. Third encounter was another lab and same phlebotomist. Entered the office where I was the only one in the lobby. Sat there for over 20 minutes past my appointment and asked what was happening cause nobody left the office from the lab area. They said she was in the back printing papers. 20 Minutes printing papers, that is what the front is for. I should probably expect this with how unprofessional the girl looks. The cp office needs a new phlebotomist and staff who are on top of everything
Lack of communication and follow through. I did three blood draws recently over the course of 6 weeks to get lab results my doctor ordered. Each time they lost my sample or didn’t get it to their lab in time. No one told me though and they wouldn’t answer their portal messages so I needed to go back to their office each time to figure out why I wasn’t receiving my results. Each time I was made to feel like I was a problem instead of them apologizing for their mistakes.
My last PCP retired and I've been going through some big life changes, which set me on the path to finding a new provider to get me back on track with my health and well-being. I was very leery about OnePeak due to all of the negative reviews online about their providers requesting unnecessary labs and pushing their brand of supplements. My provider listens to me and lays out all of the options - pros and cons. I also appreciate the time she spends going over my labs in detail. I have never once felt judged or pressured into doing or purchasing anything. I asked about the bioidentical hormone pellets and she was frank about them not likely being of any benefit to me. My labs helped us identify some key deficiencies and addressing those has lessened my anxiety and stress while also validating some of my suspicions. They can sometimes be slow in addressing messages through the patient portal, but I get it, they're busy as are many other PCP's in Southern Oregon, and I don't have a problem being a squeaky wheel when I need to be. I recently started meeting with a fitness and nutrition advisor through their Be Fit program and I'm looking forward to addressing issues specific to my needs.
I have twice now called in for prescription renewals a week in advance as there were no refills. Pharmacy has had no response. Using their email system I told them to expect it. Both times it was not "received" and I had no meds when I needed them. Required a personal visit to office to get done.
I have been a patient at one Peak medical for about two years. The level of service and their billing department has continued to decline. The current level of service is ridiculous. Their telephone system and phone prompts go on forever. Once you select a number and are redirected, you were placed on hold again. Finally someone will come on the line request information about you and then look at their screens and basically tell you what we can take a message for that person that you're trying to get a hold of. This happened to me today on three separate occasions. On two of the phone calls, it was the same person I spoke to and we had a lengthy conversation about the matter. I was trying to get resolved. I needed a change in prescription because the prescription I had was making me violently ill. My adventure with Pete today started at 9 o'clock this morning. Lastly, only a few minutes ago at 4:57 PM, I had another conversation, again, with the same person who told me she would take information and pass it along. I did explain. I received a call from Peak only a few minutes ago only to be told to call them back and they provided the number. again I called the number one through all the recordings and was once again told they would pass the information along to the person who to ask me to call back. This is unacceptable. Service and I won't even get into the billing issues at this point. I feel it would be nice if the owner Miss Jackson, who travels all over the world all the time and post everything on Facebook spent a little more time at her businesses to ensure they were running properly. As for me, I will find another provider. My time is just as important as their time. Yep, I am one angry customer.
No stars. Treated my Mother terribly! Mischeduled her appointment and wouldn’t apologize after inconveniencing her work schedule. My mom takes care of my my father who has Parkinson’s. She took the time to drive out there for her blood results, to find out they didn’t have time for her even though she had a text to come at that appointed time. The office manager just came out for a moment and “oh. Sorry” and walked away. Really!? Are you!? Do you know what that’s like!? Shame on you
My doctor is Annika farouq and she is heaven sent. She was able to figure out all my medical needs and has been so gracious and understanding! Her team is amazing and Jade is so sweet!
I started out as a patient of Stephanie Romo at the Hillcrest office. Stephanie was great! I felt like she cared and I never had any issues getting questions answered even after my visits. When she cut her hours I was transferred to a new provider who started out well but has done nothing but gone down hill. At a yearly check up I was told my prescriptions would be refilled and was even set up for a medication follow up in 3 months. I called when the prescription was never sent in and her VERY rude assistant told me I asked too many questions at my appointment and I would need to come in again if I wanted them refilled. It feels like these offices have turned into a a cattle shoot and they herd through as many a day as possible without an actual care for the patient. Most people can't afford to do multiple visits but the more times they get you in the more money they make. Sad because I really used to feel like this was a good office before.
Their Phlebotomist can poke me any time 😏
Anika and Tina at one peak are amazing. They really work with you to diagnose and find solutions for whatever you are dealing with, whether it be hormone imbalance or weight loss. Highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
